Lemme tell y’all this worked for me in a day.
So first of all I was thinking about elves and Lord of the Rings and things like that the whole time.
One day after, I noticed huge changes.
During school, our teacher gave us a work sheet to finish and I was the first to finish it, 10 minutes before anyone else. yes I'm still listening to this : It is one of my favourite buddhist prayer in Pali language (no, this song is not elvish).... I have really increased my perception and telepathy incredibly. Guys I want to tell you this one works, no joke. Its not like a "magic" thing that changes you but you start to think a little differently and make different choices that affect your life an appearance.. honestly I listened to this one the most just because i like the song, I didn't expect much from it. I listen to it with a booster a few times a day and at bedtime. Lately I've been having urges to do things I don't normally do, like wear shimmery lotions (because for some reason I feel the need to shimmery all the time now), keep my nails perfect, dress in glowy colors, wear elfish jewelry, I eat differently (more vegetarian), I reshaped my eyebrows to be more elfish and upturned, and yesterday I started feeling the urge to wear my hair down all the time (big change for me) and for some reason also I felt the urge to wear sandals or be barefoot all the time, like socks and shoes just started to bother me. Update:
Because of the heat we are taking mineral salts and B vitamins including B12 (which also partly regulates DNA) and since we are taking it, I am experiencing more intense symptoms.

I have noticed my eyesight is consistently improving. My eye muscles feel like they're changing in a good way. It's subtle, but long distance vision is sharpening. It's like getting glimpses of a "HD" kind of vision, which I can only remember having as a child.
