Update after three weeks, on and off- my ears have become pointier, some people even called me an elf. My senses are very sharp. Even though I’m pretty much sick and in bad condition, I’m still fast and agile. I’m much calmer as well. More logical thinking too.

Here are 07:50 am while I start writing.
I waited a bit to be able to have something to share with you that was tangible, so let's start talking without getting lost.
I'm continuing on my path, little by little I'm noticing the first, timid, changes around me and on me.
Let's start with the most requested part (who knows why!) Or the ears: yesterday, I felt a very strong feeling of dizziness in me, it took me to the head and continued for a good hour (I was preparing the biscuits with the baby) I kept a bottle of water on hand and I drank from time to time, helped.
Aesthetically, the ears are no longer completely round.
Gradually they are beginning to tilt and, if I look at myself in the mirror remaining in front of my reflection, I notice that the upper part is no longer smooth, but the inner part of the fold of the pavilion (the point at which it should then become a cone so to speak) begins to take a more pronounced form.
The nose.
It really hurts me these days!
From the septum to the nostrils, I feel painful cartilage.
Aesthetically, something is changing, I see it leaner than in the past.
I hurt my hand (nothing serious!) While I was cooking and I cut my palm with the tip of the knife.

Not mandatory, but I noticed that it helps a lot.
2) The audio. It is very important. Keep the sound low to the point of having the music as a sweet background, but so as not to hear others, at the cost of using the minimum volume of headphones or speakers.

Update:
Because of the heat we are taking mineral salts and B vitamins including B12 (which also partly regulates DNA) and since we are taking it, I am experiencing more intense symptoms.
When you undertake such a change, you help your body by replenishing substances, not just water, because the bigger the changes, the more energy is required.
Apart from that, I had dreams, some bad, some details, but the last one remained impressed:

last night I had a dream, I also shared it on another video that I listen to combined with this, because I think they work very well together and complete each other and I am almost certain that both are producing this powerful synergy.
In front of my house, on one of the highest mountains (there is actually an ancient Christian sanctuary) lived a large demon, very, very similar to a Balrog, ugly, big and flamboyant and with all the intentions to stay there.
Well, I woke up (in my dream) from my bed because I heard screams, noises of weapons and thunder, I thought it was raining so I went to look at the bedroom window and what do I find there?
I see this huge fiery being that is literally cut in half, at the height of the stomach!
I saw him float away and dissolve into .. ashes I think he was!
Astonished, I look at the scene better (my eyesight was much more precise, I saw at that distance with very high precision, as if it had been right in front of me) and I see these men returning on horseback (riding in 2019? ?) along the torrent road that descends to the sea, so I try to call them and one approaches me, looks up and smiles "We did it Lady!"
I smile, I thank him and watch him go away: my husband and my son sleep peacefully and I go back to bed with them.

. People behave with me in two very different ways: either they talk to me on the defensive, trying to impose their point of view, or they seek me for advice and if for some reason I can't help them, they seem to become sad or frustrated.
Especially in the last few days, I have the feeling of having become more visible, my words gain weight in the opinion of those around me.
. In the house everything is fine, unfortunately the training gym on emotional control is increasingly tough, I go from moments of peace and inner quiet to moments in which I would like to break everything and I feel as if no one sees me for what I am but for how I could be in the past. I know that in the search for one's inner balance while one is on the rise, everything is new and our emotions return more intense, like when we were children.
This awareness helps a lot and allows me to vent my emotions in private avoiding to vent them on others (unfortunately I don't always succeed as I would like).
. On a physical level, something is changing, surely in perceptive terms: I noticed it while we were away from home and saw my reflection together with that of my loved ones, I remember being told "Am I reflected there?" I don't know how to say but I am different from what I was in the past, a bit like a chrysalis is different from the caterpillar that was before.

OMG, this one became my priority one, as for now I started my subliminal adventure 2 weeks ago and so far everything works on me (which is weird?) immediately (ofcorse with smaller or bigger effect). If I get something visible like pointy years Im gonna make and update - sub and like :)
Also can tell that its very strong, I feel almost dizzy, like a sponge (never had such feeling with subs), my whole body vibrating like crazy (almost shaking).

Thank you very much! I have been listening to this since the 15th of November and now it is the 23rd. For the first two or three days it made me really tired. After about the third or fourth day I stopped getting so tired. On the fifth day I started noticing that my ears were growing longer and getting pointed. I have listened to about 16 of these Elven-themed subliminals in a playlist, every day for 3 days now. I listen while I'm at work for a few hours over and over, and I listen when I take a nap after work. I have not noticed any changes with my ears, other features or stamina, but I WILL say two things have happened to me:
--- Day 1: I was highly skeptical of these, but as I was walking around my job listening to these, I had an immediate switch in mindset. I started thinking "Maybe this can work, I will give it a chance!" . It wasn't prompted by anything directly, I just had a sudden change in opinion and that hasn't gone away. And sure enough, this (and most of the others I listen to) have a "believe in myself and this subliminal" affirmation. Not saying that's exactly what that is, but it was worth mentioning.
---Day 2: I started to not mention this, but figured why not. I have these ivy leaf bobby pins I wear in my hair sometimes. I wore them this day and a lady came up to me and said, "The ivy in your hair! Thank you for wearing that! I love it." I don't know why she thanked me. Maybe because it made her day? Maybe because she could already sense an elven presence from me? Idk???
--- Day 3: I am quite skinny (like 108lbs, and yes I have a regular diet, it's just genetic) but I'm doughy and don't have much muscle tone, mostly because of my insatiable sweet tooth lol. I wear a lot of rings, and noticed one ring I used to wear on my thumb when I was like 99lbs, recently only fit on my middle finger. Today I noticed that the ring on my middle finger was sliding around and now fits on my pointer finger, which signifies I am buring off some of the little bit of doughy pudge I have. (note: I'm not trying to get skinnier, I am fine at the size I am, I just know that I have more body fat than muscle tone). Again, no way to know if it's because of these elven subliminals yet, but I haven't been doing anything outside of my norm lately so idk what would make me lose weight.

I am very familiar with starseed people and while I do recognize my own elven soul, I have a different belief in my elven origins that stems more from a biblical standpoint (in a way). In any case, you are right about it being something that works from the inside out. I am not really worried about whether or not this would have any change to my outside appearance or how people perceive me.
