    Just a small critique. For the kettle bell swings, extend those arms all the way. Work them shoulders while you’re at it.

      Shoulder stability and driving up through the ground. Working fast twitch muscles that are very important in golf

      Follow a program that gives you a progressive approach so you don't have to guess on workouts again!

      You should do something like this twice a week if you're in decent shape and you're taking care of your recovery. You can bump it up to three times a week after you've consistently made some progress. Probably shouldn't be the only thing you're doing in the weight room. Make sure you're doing some active recovery work if you're playing and practicing a lot of golf. Mobility work is an absolute must. Should be doing that daily.

    A huge number of golfers are over 60 and would not be able to do these. Maybe a video that targets that population?
