You should do something like this twice a week if you're in decent shape and you're taking care of your recovery. You can bump it up to three times a week after you've consistently made some progress. Probably shouldn't be the only thing you're doing in the weight room. Make sure you're doing some active recovery work if you're playing and practicing a lot of golf. Mobility work is an absolute must. Should be doing that daily.
I am a female golfer over 60…..and I do this workout. Modified it to fit your needs ….
Love to hear it! We have all programs in our app to including our Ladies program!
The journey to 300 yard avg on good swings begins
Yes it does... LFG!
How's it going?
Just a small critique. For the kettle bell swings, extend those arms all the way. Work them shoulders while you’re at it.
Please explain the finisher again. How many rounds am i trying to complete in 6 minutes?
Good luck!
thank you!
So would i do this workout every day?
No. You'd get the GOLFWOD App and have your workouts designed and timed specifically to help you improve in all areas 💯
Would you suggest swinging those old weighted clubs ? i have some from a decade ago
if you're body is in good shape and you can do it well yes 👍
Could someone explain to me why we do the double dumbbell push press?
Because we’re men
Shoulder stability and driving up through the ground. Working fast twitch muscles that are very important in golf
Yes, to hit your putter 50,more yards!
5x4? is that 5 set of 4 reps or vice versa?
5 sets of 4 reps.
I want to see Shane Lowry's box jump
I don’t want to hire a trainer at my gym…do you have a program I could follow along with on my phone to use at the gym?
Yes - the GOLFWOD App has all of our programs and you can start with a free trial - go get it 💯

How many times do you do this workout a week?
Follow a program that gives you a progressive approach so you don't have to guess on workouts again!

A huge number of golfers are over 60 and would not be able to do these. Maybe a video that targets that population?
I'd probably check out more than one of our videos... whole lot out there for all golfers!
Well go to the gym and turn back the years , from little acorns grow big oak trees . Don’t be defined by your age .
Why is that this guys problem?? If you are old this workout is obviously not for you
Some of us are younger than 60 and hate boomer comments
@GayCatDad love what you are saying, so true.
