Hey mate, fantastic videos, providing the content I've been looking for. Got some questions though if you see this, i'm a seasoned powerlifter whose been into golf for the last 2 years. I still SBD and lift 3x per week (usually a modified 5/3/1, always % based training) but looking to increase specificity of my training as we approach the start of the 2023 season. How would you suggest programming in movements such as the above? Can I simply include movements such as these into my SBD training, what frequency and setsxreps would you recommend? No idea if you provide coaching but would be interested in chatting a bit further if poss?
