Ness is literally one of my favourite Nintendo characters, just because of one simple game this character made me think a lot about myself, thank you, Ness.
Something so amazing about the first part is that I was intrigued with the slide show of Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo at the sanctuaries. And when I rewatched it I saw that Ness gradually got more saturated with color. And I watched this once more and noticed that at the bottom of the slide show there were outlines of the guardians.

This part of the game hadn't really touched for some reason... But this animation did. Now my eyes are open. And hearing the 8 melodies is or pollyanna are things that always meke me relax and think...

I've watched this dozens of times and only now realized Ness slowly becomes more and more colored as he remembers all his sanctuary locations and friends! I love all these animated series so much, thank you deeply for this!!
This series hits differently now that my child is going to be born soon. Like, your hopes and wishes for someone whose future you can't see but they are a part of you. The unconditional feeling of affection I feel and want to let them know so they feel confident enough to venture off into the world. It's sappy, but that's just the kind of father I want to be. Supportive and there for them. Ness literally never even sees his father, and yet he's cheering him on and supporting him the whole way on the phone. And saving the game progress for him. Haha
True, considering how much EarthBound gets attention compared to Pokémon, it makes me think Pokémon is overrated and the EarthBound series is underrated.
Two years ago, the first time I've finally made it to this point, I cried like a fucking marmot… At the time I was diagnosed with Major Depression and I hated myself for being a inept person and felt it's a shame to talk about emotion. But this game reminded me that everyone was borned with blessings and was once beloved. I eventually gained encourage to seek out help from my families and society. By now I'm far from being restored but at least I was able to share my feelings with others. THANK YOU OP AND MR. ITOI, FOR BURING US SUCH A MASTER PIECE.

Nintendo doesn't care about the Mother series anymore, all they care is the popular stuff (I think Pokémon is overrated) like The Legend of Zelda, Mario (I have nothing by against Mario or anything I mentioned) or Pokémon. They don't even care about Mother 3's worldwide release! At least I still have Kirby.
