- Another great offering from Vedder Holsters. The Kimber Micro 9 is relatively new to the market and sometimes it's hard to find a good holster. Look no further. The light battleship grey is one of my favorite patterns along with the Raptor pattern. Ships out in 3-4 days. Excellent quality, fit & finish is top notch. Thanks for tuning in guys! God bless!

the gun is spot on and you will not find a compact gun with better accuracy then this gun.
The only way to know the accuracy of a gun is to replace the human factor with those devices that simulates someone holding the gun tight and pull the trigger. These devices don't move during pulling the trigger and come with laser to aim at the target. Most custom made guns manufactures use these to adjust the gun before shipping.
I think there are some third party vendors you can send your gun to, and for a fee, will test it at different distances and your desired ammo. They do the same with rifles too.
THANK YOU!! One thing I really don't like about review videos is "We are gonna take this to the range and see how accurate this gun is". It irritates me and I always skip past that part of a review or just move onto another video in general. Sorry but I agree 100% with your statement. Anyway, keep up the videos, its always a good watch.
Appreciate that bud!
I feel that the true method of checking a GUNS accuracy is using a Ransom Rest. This eliminates purchase variations and human error as much as possible. I would enjoy seeing more firearm channels utilizing this method. What are your thoughts?
Elton.lanier Freebird123 My thoughts are that I COMPLETELY AGREE. Actually, I think I've seen MrGunsAndGear use it and maybe one or two others. More need to utilize that method. Thanks for sharing!
Elton: TECHNICALLY YOU ARE CORRECT. Practically it's doesn't make a difference (there'll be no ransom rest in the Midnight parking garage or back alley.) And a few tenths of an inch don't matter in self defense shootings.
magnus pym That's true. I suggested a Ransom Rest in order to merely eliminate human error. I do enjoy your videos.....keep them coming.
Is that your actual voice, or is it one of those witness protection filters.
just me bud. Thanks for tuning in! 👍
The guns with the night sights are pretty good. Mine had the stock sights and shot very low . Consistently 5" under point of aim. The night sight version was exactly on point of aim. So, I am ordering night sights from Kimber. Had I known, I would have bought the gun with them already on it. Over all an excellent pistol. 500 rounds without any function issues.
I hear you bud. When I bought mine they didn't have an option with night sights yet. Enjoy her!
apparently the night sights are still out of stock at the Kimber store. but the 7round mags are available. 😀
Good stuff. God Bless.
does your veddars holster have any rattle when the guns in it. I ordered a holster from them for my 1911 not the Mico but for a 4 inch barrel and I noticed my gun rattles a little in the holster not bad but it's not as snug as I thought it would be I was wondering if your Mico has any rattle to it in the holster
If ever there is rattle, tightening the retention screw always fixes it. On mine at least. If that didn't work I'd contact them and get a replacement. They're happy to do it I'm sure.
If you need to see how accurate a pistol is, just watch some hicock45 !!
The current standard seems to be shooting these things from a solid bench rest at 7 (SEVEN!) yards and frequently showing the same sort of group you might expect from a smooth bore flintlock. If the bullets are hitting point-on, you can surmise that the rifling is doing it's job. Others shoot from the rest at 25 yards and any Internet! Expert! will be quick to tell you that ths is way beyond the usual, justifiable distance for self defense. Still, a pocket-sized pistol that will group five shots in 3-5 inches at 25 yards should do quite well at Tactiical! COMBAT across the table A pistol that groups 7-10 inches at the same range is not nearly as interesting.
Chris, Hicock45 never misses! LOL
He does not review the micro 9?
That Kimber is so fascinating. Nice looking gun!!,
Honestly, that's what I think.. not that I'm in love with 1911s or that I'll switch my carry to one....But it sure is pretty interesting, something different than my everyday Glocks, S&Ws, etc.. thanks for tuning in brotha!
Please tell me why you wouldn't carry this instead of a Glock ect.
I'm considering to purchase and carry one/
Spec-Op 4, I always look forward to your vids man. Good stuff!!!
Nice lookin holster
How comfortable is the Vedder IWB holster for all day carry? And which specific Vedder holster is this? There are several options on their website...and the pics aren't showing it with the kimber micro 9
There’s a link in the description.... LightTuck and yes, I wear them all day. “Comfort” is relative. It’s plastic against your body so you’ll know it’s there but as far as Kydex Holsters go.. These are definitely one of the most comfortable.
hey spec, Im beginning to build a UA-cam channel and was wondering if you could give me some advice/tips. I'm brand new so anything helps. thanks.
How do you feel about having a single action trigger without a grip safety?
It's funny that I had that down to mention and completely forgot. Honestly, it's a non issue. Actually prefer it for carry purposes. Strange though, on a very 1911 platform..
think I'm going to pick up a Vedder again for my Steyr
1776 or Bust: Guns, Gear and all things related! Good idea 😉
Nice looking holster!
Thanks man! They have some sweet designs for sure!
Do you like the Kimber micro 9 raptor? I might get for carry. Thank you.
Definitely, very sweet indeed!
I like this! I don't see an option for a ultra carry II on their site which is what I use
I'm very sure they will if they don't have it listed, but let me check first. Stay tuned. And nice carry btw!
Anyone know if this is capable of appendix carry?
Yes, they have them for appendix carry with a claw. 👍🏼
Do you have any experience with nsr tactical holsters?
I don't, but I've heard good things!
Lol so your saying you couldn't shoot the broadside of a barn are you that bad of a shot
Apparently 😏
Why are you using a voice changer lol?
Nope...just me bud. Thanks for tuning in 👍
I have this exact Micro 9 com. Mine is SO on point!! ALWAYS!! **I sure wish mine came with the Blue grips!!** 🤗 Darn it! If you decide you don't ever use them or want them, please let me know!! My email is Allison.denise.1123@gmail.!! My boyfriend also has a Kimber Stainless Ultra Carry (45) forgot the rest of it but it's also AMAZING! Thank you for the video, it was great!!
Glad I only wasted 15 sec of my life on this
Thanks for tuning in bud. 👍🏼
