For a coloratura soprano, her voice is a bit on the heavy side, and it isn't as fleet as others in her fach, but her high notes are amazing! They just seem so reliable, and she is so generous with them!

I think it stems from her forcing her voice to make a larger sound than is natural for her as well as over covering.
