Replace the microphone covers on the Kanso® 2 Sound Processor

Watch this short video to learn how to change the Microphone Cover on your Kanso® 2 Sound Processor. It is important to change your Microphone Cover regularly to keep your cochlear implant sound processor working properly. You should replace the Microphone Cover on your Kanso 2 Sound Processor every three months, or sooner if the microphone protectors look dirty or you notice a reduction in sound quality.

They recommend replacing the Kanso 2 microphone covers every three months ($33 each time). On my previous model Kanso's I NEVER in five years replaced the microphone protectors not once and I NEVER had any sound degradation.
