  • This is my Free Flowing Stitch and this is a stitch video only. It's a great stich for scarves, shawls, blankets, or even in the round. Both sides look good so great if you want to reverse it or change which side you are wearing. Special thanks to Theresa Higby for permission to use her purl over stitch in my videos. Here are links to cast on and bind off I use.

Thanks and GOD BLESS YOU Ms.Deborah.i am Filipina /Turkish nationality staying here in Turkey. When cold seasons everyone is having fun crochet knitting or loom knitting here in Turkey. It's a traditional Turkish hobby here to crochet and knitting making scarfs and dresses

Hi Deborah, I am new to loom knitting and your channel. I notice you only use round looms, do ever use rectangular looms to make scarves, shawls, and blankets? Please know.

Hi Deborah! I love ur stitch! Thank u for sharing😍 I’m just starting to learn to try different stitches & am a visual learner & I thank u because I totally understood watching & listening to u. I will have to go search ur videos for the cast on as I’m not familiar with it. I can’t get my hands & brain to cooperate w/each other for traditional knitting & crocheting but I can totally do loom knitting. Huge question, how do u cast this off? Do u have a video as I also can’t understand written patterns. Thank u for ur help. Ur stitch is beautiful & I think easy enough for me to give it a try for a baby blanket☺️ hugs, Donna

Question: on the owl eye edge when starting the purl row, I noticed that you didn’t knit peg 2 twice before you started to purl peg 3. Is that right? I may have missed it. I just want to get it right.

    • @DeborahShaw

loomahat has the waffle stich converted to loom knit that the needle knitters use but its not anything like the crochet stich.

Hi Miss Deborah! Love your original stitches and the 2 st combos are great. I did a #4 cotton dishcloth using 1 row Owl Eye and 1 row of the purl st. It came out fantastic! The cotton has more stretch and bounce than you would believe possible. You know cotton yarn has virtually no bounce, stretch or anything like it. And as with most of your stitches both sides look fantastic! Let me know what you think? It's your's to share, not mine.
