Thank God for this video. I watched it and it took the anxiety and stress away from assembling it. Thank you Napoleon!

How do you like the grill ? Worth the 1k? Picking it up soon

@@zach4537 Pretty awesome grill, tbh. Here are my only complaints: The grill grates are a little wide for my food, which causes pieces to fall down between very easily. The electric start button with a AAA battery for the side infrared burner is annoying. I wish they would have gone with a mechanical starter for the side burner, just like they did for the other 4 burner knobs on my 525 SIB. The drip pan has a magnet attached to it that is used to latch the doors shut, however, the drip pan is not fastened well, so opening the doors causes the pan to be pulled forward, making a loud clang every time. Same goes for closing the doors. I should get some putty or something more heat resistant and put it under the drip pan to keep it from moving and banging. Mine arrived without the vinyl cover despite paying for a vinyl cover (still in talks). The sides of the grill have the rectangle holes for optionally using a condiment tray attachment. There are about 6 holes on each side. On one side, they provided these grey plastic pieces to fill two of the holes, which gives 2 of the 6 holes a nice finish. I wish they would have provided the remaining pieces of plastic to fill the remaining holes and make them match. The back of the grill cart is wide open. This makes it really ugly if you have the grill facing the lawn, or the neighbors, or the pool, or... etc etc etc. They should have just made the back piece of sheet metal be twice as big and then problem solved. The side infrared burner is so hot that it takes a while to cool down before I can consider closing the lid on it, which isn't a problem, but the lid should be made sturdy enough to handle the heat; but instead it has a plastic oval handle that will eventually melt. And I just know that if I let anyone use my grill, the first thing they will accidentally do is melt my burner lid handle. I just know it.

Video really helped and assembly was fairly easy. There were extra parts but the 4 clips that go on the hinges for the drop down shelves were missing.

They might be taped onto the underside of one of the side shelves.

Assembled this today. Can't wait to use it. However, I was confused by one thing: The tip of the hose on the side burner does not seem to connect to anything. Am I missing something? It's the same in the video here, which is reassuring, but what is going on there? It appears at about 10:13 of the video.

      Hi,
      Thank you for your inquiry.
You are not missing anything, the side burner hose orifice is at the end of the hose that you are inquiring about, the pressurized gas (propane or Natural) which comes out of the end is pointed and flows directly towards the inside of the Infrared or range burner.
If you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Department by calling 1-866-820-8686 or via email at grills@napoleon.com :)

Just a quick question, and I know this is years later. I bought the 525SE in Australia and I am confused with the battery pack and where it needs to go and how to install. Its currently sitting in the condiments basket, Any helps is appreciated. It is 2 years old now 🙂

Hi! The battery pack should be attached to the inner right side of the cart. Please see the link below for your model assembly instructions. You will find the battery pack installation towards the end of the video. Thanks!

Just a thought, but in 5:53, is that a wrongful installation of the clip?

@@NapoleonProducts Interesting. Then I assume the instruction picture is wrong since it has a big X over the picture corresponding to how the guy in the video installed it.

It would be much more helpful if you had the oerdon giving instructions rather than useless music.
