That's why games like OoT, BoTW, and even RD2 are so highly rated and loved by those who play them for years and years after they've been released. There is definitely a reason - it's just that most game companies are either lazy or too focused on profit margins to invest in those details that gamers so appreciate.
The most surprising thing about the sign fact is that they programmed the pieces to float on the water. That's something I absolutely wouldn't have expected.
This might explain the behavior of the Totem thing in the video too. Hammer swing and hammer shockwave seem to be two different elements. The block of time moving THROUGH time was something I only learned recently. Makes perfect sense, kind of wild though. ZFG showed it in the forest temple once, because speedrunners are allways in places they aught not to be lol.
I didn't know about the Time Stones. But I would guess that sending them forwards and backwards through time was supposed to play a more important role at some point during development. The function was probably not used anywhere but wasn't removed either.
I mean, it just makes sense. The Ocarina of Time is used to move them, they appear to perhaps be made of a similar substance, they have the Ocarina on them... _of course_ they do like the Ocarina does and move back and forth, rather than just disappearing. But it does seem plausible this was going to be a more heavily-used mechanic, rather than only ever being noticed by players in that one obscure room in Goron Village, and only if you're going for 100%
They probably ran into a road block with you only getting the Song of Time and the end if the child sequence of the game. Meaning they couldn't figure it in to many puzzles in the child section. I guess they could have done something with it on the Spirit Temple (and I think they just might in Master Quest). Though the fact that you can make them appear and disappear no matter which timeline means there's no way to actually involve the mechanic in a puzzle, unless they remove the ability to make them appear and only make then disappear, but then it becomes kind of annoying to go all the way back to the temple of time to solve a puzzle.
Young Link was added later on in development. I suspect the original idea was to allow Link to travel through time on-demand instead of always needing the Temple Of Time, so you could "flip" between child and adult as you work through dungeons. The logistics of making two versions of each area to keep that idea as interesting as they intended may have been too wide of a scope, so they drastically reduced the role of time travel in the game. It's kind of like if the ideas used in the Spirit Temple were expanded to the entire game. Probably the only reason the time blocks weren't used more in the Spirit Temple itself is because of how inconvenient traveling all the way back to the Temple Of Time to use them would have been.
I Think the blocks in Goron City are literally the only place they appear that both Child and Adult link can actually reach (though Master Quest might change this)

I've been interested in OoT glitches and stuff for at least a decade and I never actually knew about that part of "safe" lava in Fire Temple lol A cool thing with the I-frames with rolling is that it allows you to do some really cool glitches that you can *also* accomplish with using Nayru's Love! Almost all of the bomb tricks you see in speedruns can be done using either one, from weirdshots and megaflips to HESSes and superslides! Nayru's Love just cuts out the roll. This game is so fun it's actually incredible, even if you aren't into glitches there's STILL so much to mess with
Thank you for these videos. They are so fascinating, and I love learning new things about a game I've beaten over 30 times, made retexture packs for, and already watched many people break it down. I wish triple AAA games were still made with this amount of detail in level design, gameplay and score. Nowadays so many of them are about mindlessly cluttering big open worlds with as much tedious junk and visual detail as possible, tricking people into thinking it's more fulfilling than it really is [/old man rant]
Every video of yours there is some small detail I ddn't know. This game has so much detailed interactions for the time, kinda like how BotW is but for 1998.
@@sachalusty4819 Jeez, talk about nostalgia goggles clouding your judgement. BOTW absolutely has music, just not in the same way that Ocarina of Time does. Ocarina of Time has a theme for almost every room in the game, and BOTW uses its music to create a more immersive feel to the environments. They are two totally incomparable ways of using music in video games. Just because the music isnt usually as "in-your-face" as OoT, does not mean that it has "no music", and saying so along with saying that all the detail is "soulless" with no basis in which to call it that is just such a dishonest way of handwaving all the brilliant talent and effort that went into BOTW, just the same as OoT. If innovating the series in a good way results in calling the game "an abomination to the series" in your self-righteous, uninformed opinion, then so be it. Nintendo isnt losing any sleep from the fact that one person out of millions cant come to terms with the constantly shifting landscape of game development.
Dang, I used to hate knocking down the wall Skulltulas, and I still kinda hate dealing with Deky Scrubs. And recently, I've begun to think how rare it is to need the Megaton Hammer, outside of the Fire Temple anyway. But wowww, now I think it's actually really useful!
I knew about a lot of the ones on here, but not about the Song of Time blocks. I always just Longshotted across and used the Goron Tunic to avoid as much damage while crossing the lava. The crouch stab activating rusty switches is crazy too.
The thing about the time blocks is absolutely crazy. I thought they just swapped places with another location, like in that one prison room in the Fire Temple. However, if you really do send them through time, that seems like a really, really cool gameplay feature that they might have scrapped because it was too cryptic to convey... what a shame.
For #6, it's actually possible to use the cucco to jump the gate at the entrance to Gerudo Valley. The two patrolling Gerudo will still capture you like the patrolling Gerudo in Gerudo Fortress, so you have to be careful. Also, if you do not have the hookshot in your inventory, they will toss you into the river below the bridge instead of their dungeon room. And as far as the quicksand that Young Link can't make it past, it's possible going forwards if you go to the left edge of the quicksand and walk backwards across. Just have to make sure you're ready to sidehop at the end so you don't void out by touching the loading zone. All that to say, it might actually be possible to do the same thing in reverse, I've never actually tried.
I love these videos, the first time I saw one I rolled my eyes and said we'll see about that, but I'm blown away at the subtle details that I never heard about
And after you destroyed those signs and chopped them into pieces, you can play Zelda's Lullaby and they repair themself. Always fascinated me as a child ^^
I love how the title isn't clickbait. I genuinely didn't know about a lot of these, even though I've seen many videos before showing little secrets in the game. Your channel is really cool, because you are showing me actual new content. Great video!
As a very longtime LoZ player and this being my favorite game since launch I’m fascinated by a lot of this OoT content I wasn’t aware of. It makes me wonder how much more I don’t know, hope to see another one soon.
I love all of your videos, always discovering something new! Here's something I figured out on a playthrough a few days ago: Iron Knuckles have a different stagger animation if you hit them with a light arrow after you knock their armor off. Obviously this can only be seen on the ones in Ganon's Castle, but I thought it was pretty cool!
Something I’d like to know is, can the power crouch stab stun Vovalgia like the megaton hammer? Probably not, since it can’t destroy totem statues, but it would be awesome if it could.
Alrighty, I've done some testing for ya, and I can definitely confirm, that the crouch stab with the power of the megaton hammer CAN stun Volvagia and can be used to beat him. It works!
I just noticed the playlist says "series details" rather than just OOT. It's good to know you're doing this for more Zeldas. Speaking of which, I just saw your BotW Sandbox/Stunt videos. Those were amazing, man.
I don't know if you're looking for more ideas from the comment section at all; but just in case, here are some OoT facts of varying quality: - There are three "secret" gauntlets in the game that were presumably leftover from earlier stages of development or the unfinished DLC. These gauntlets can be accessed through the use of glitches. These gauntlets grant the strength of the golden gauntlets and affect the attire of certain Gerudo. - The Fishing pond has a secret 'Sinker lure' which can be randomly found by pressing A in certain areas of the pond (It is incredibly difficult). You can also steal the owner's hat. - All three Child Link dungeons include the offspring/lesser versions of the dungeon's boss. - You can encounter both: a business scrub, and a Wolfos, before obtaining any items whatsoever. -Gohma can be stunned by Deku Nuts instead of the slingshot. - Ruto is able to unearth AND defeat the "stinger" enemy in one blow. Other methods usually require Link to draw it's attention or stun it before dealing the finishing blow. (Ruto is also an effective weapon against the Tailpasarans as well, for a largely similar reason) - The lens of truth can uncover the location of the dead hand, and bombs can unearth him. It is also possible to temporarily kill the infinite hands with a spin attack. - You can hurt Phantom Ganon with the hookshot whilst he is still on his horse. This bypasses the need for the bow in the boss fight. - Phantom Ganon has a rare rainbow spear move that he will sometimes use instead of throwing a light orb. - There is nothing in the Fire Temple that NEEDS the bow and Arrow. The one eye switch in the fire temple can easily be bypassed by climbing over a fence in the next room (The layout seems to deliberately be built for this to be possible too). This means there is nothing stopping you from doing the fire temple first. (The M. Hammer also isn't needed outside the F. temple until Ganon's Castle so you could even do it after Water and Spirit) - Volvagia can be damaged by arrows while it flies through the air, as long as it's snout has been exposed. It can also be damaged by bombs at the beginning of the fight if they are quickly placed in the nearest lava hole (I think this has to do with them storing Volvagia from the cut-scene there) -The Fire Temple boss arena allows you to walk back to the door, despite the sinking block suggesting that you are trapped. - The outside of the Fire Temple boss arena is climbable, and clinging to it can immediately cancel certain phases of the Volvagia boss fight - Morpha can be defeated without using the Hookshot. Using the spin attack can let you reach the core as it hops around, and deal significant damage. - Stunning Tektites standing on water, in a room where the water can be lowered, and proceeding to lower said water before the stunning effect fades; will result in the Tektites floating in midair. - Hookshotting the "sensitive parts" of the Goddess statues inside the Spirit temple can hurt you. (They do look pretty sharp) - Technically only Barinade, Volvagia and Twinrova require the use of the dungeon item found in their respective dungeon/Temple.
That part about bypassing the eye switch in the fire temple, in not even sure I know that switch exists. Are you talking about at the back of the room with the fire wall chasing you?
@@lazyryan3766 Just before the fire wall chase room, there is a room with a jagged walkway over a chasm where you can fall to a lower floor. The switch is there, you can bypass the switch easily by going to the end of the fire wall chase room.
@@fune9281 oh yeah, I remember that eye switch. That room does link both ways, doesn't it? I never thought about bypassing that eye switch, I just see an eye switch and I have to shoot it with an arrow, because when is that not optimal outside of the forest temple?
Dude I swear there are so many things you can do with the hammer which I never knew! I feel like I severely underestimated the hammer during my playthroughs and mostly relied on master sword alone... If I pick up this game again, I'm definitely gonna try out all these things with megaton's hammer!! Also I love how the sign posts float on water 😍, so much thought given towards this game
Power crouch stab having the same properties as the megaton hammer only works if the last attack prior to the couch stab was done with the megaton hammer.
The song of time blocks and can't pick up certain items are 2 things I never ever noticed. The fact that you can teach me something I didn't know on a game I've played for 22 years is just unbelievable. Very great content and super happy an intelligent person such as yourself enjoys Zelda enough to share hidden content. I wonder if you can do one about Majora's mask one day
I don't know if this is the actual reason but I remember reading that the caged shark in the bottom of the lake hylia research center was a reference to Nintendo's dislike for the GameShark
Young link can get over the sand river with the same backwalk technique that you can use for adult link, granted there is usually not much to do if you go in that way but it might sometimes be needed in randomizers if you get out of the fortress ground with a song or something.
1:30 you can also keep hitting the ground with the hammer to make the walltulas repeat their death animations over and over. I don't know how I figured out the hammer walltula thing as a kid
Speaking of megaton and killing spiders, you can use the Megaton hammer to flip over the tektites. Also the scratches in the tree is probably leftover from unused content from the Ura Zelda game
I saw a boundary break video which showed that the shark 7:21 is actually a 3d model, even though it definitely looks like a 2d still from the intended perspective
I've never connected the dots between n64 Link's roll and Dark Souls rolling until you mentioned invincibility frames. It was confusing to me why we got a rolling "attack" prompt instead of a jump button. Tmyk 🌈
As a kid i always thought that the grave in lake hylia was supposed to be rutos mom, even though there's nothing that links that thought process at all
You can keep swinging the Megaton Hammer near already dead skulltulas and they will keep making damage noises and bouncing around.. you can do this for as long as you want!
Would be great if you could upload more stuff like what is at the end with the Business Scrub just chilling out, or the Carpet Salesman floating, etc. They're all such cool ambience clips.
If I had to guess, the reason Power Crouch Stab doesn't affect the totem blocks is because that's the only use of the Megaton Hammer where it counts which direction you face (so the block flies out in the same direction). All the others just hit things downward. Maybe the PCS doesn't have a direction property?
This video is very cool! The others in the series are as well. For the one about the gravestone in the small island at Lake Hylia: I have little doubt that some very dedicated Zelda fan who knows the Hylian alphabet (the one specifically in OoT, there is more than one Hylian alphabet) has taken a screenshot of the gravestone and enhanced the picture to be able to read it better and tell the rest of us OoT fans. It seems like it would be an article on Fandom. Or should be an article!
You can also swing the hammer sideways if you move sideways as you swing. And you can one-hit skulltulas with the hammer without waiting for them to expose their vulnerable underside.
4:23 I heard that only some time stones travel through time. While it's likely that they were all intended to function in this way due to the interaction with the Song of Time, a few of them do not. This is likely a result of oversight in programming.
Wow, I didn't expect almost ALL of these to be things I didn't already know, it's kinda crazy to think about all the secret content you probably won't stumble upon.
5:45 speed runs can be made faster. With all your amazing tips I mignt do a speed run without ace or glitches like wrongwarps or heavy bugs. Stuff like this I see as designed to be. I might even include the Navi pause to get out of kokori forest and do it possibly as much reverse order as possible or a 0% without code manipulation
I have recurring dreams about that monument/grotto in the middle of the Haunted Wasteland. Just this little sanctuary in the middle of nowhere. Has a real liminal space feel to it.
A lot of these insane details make me think that these various mechanics were much more important earlier in development, and because development was so long there are lots of those kind of features.
@@LooygiBros Indeed. If you're coming from Desert Colossus, you just climb the crate on the right, turn around 180 degrees, sidehop to the right, and backwalk. Super easy trick. Coming from Gerudo Fortress is a little bit trickier but not by much. :)
Ive noticed the three scratches on the tree before when I was a kid, I did forget about it though recently until I saw it in the vid. I always assumed it was Volvagia at some point in past Lots of things in Zelda lore could do that and worse
i guess you cant collect those items while holding bombs because there's a nonzero chance the player might trigger the "you got!" textbox while you're holding em
Although it's a different game, but another cool detail for those signs is in Majora's mask is if you play the Song of Healing it'll actually restore the signs back.
*THEORY OF THE TREE SCRATCHES* In the OOT manga, link finds a kid rito lost at lake hylia, maybe it is linked to that, and that may not be a gravestone, but a plaque, maybe it just shows the name of the lake
You have probably covered that one already but if you cut a sign with the sword and then play zeldas lullaby it will magically repair it self👍💕 cool video btw😉 I love these hidden things that are so detailed but no one knows about them!😁
the time block thing blew my mind the bubbles probably like bombs because they see a round thing with some fire and are like 'mommy!' and then they die :C
Something about OoT that will always be my favorite and I just don’t mean the gameplay but the “Link” in this Zelda game and majoras mask alone.. I don’t know something about the Hero of Time always felt like the main link even if he wasn’t the original, but his voice actors were so iconic and the music was so simple and used simple soundfonts yet it is so iconic and better then the new Zelda tracks that use real orchestral instruments
So many more cool things I didn't know! Pound the ground when a skull spider has fallen but hasn't vanished yet and it bounces again before it dies. You can do this forever and the spider will never die until you quit bouncing them with the hammer.
there's a video on that last one. about the scratch in the tree. he basically says the boss of the water temple in twilight Princess was the deity of that temple and the one you fight in OOT (I forget it's name, it's been a decade) battled the twilight princess boss for control of the temple and the tree was damaged in the process. at first he says that the twilight princess boss was huge and would destroy the OOT boss and do more than scratch the tree but then takes into consideration that those games are centuries apart. so in OOT he would've still been a puppy basically. see if you can find it, really cool stuff.
Theres one where in the final fight with Ganon, after receiving the Master Sword. If you manage to attack Ganon while staying outside the fire ring, you’ll take alot of damage while being dragged back in. Though I think you only lost a bit of health, just Link would take alot of hits.

@@thecadhouse3509 no no, the sound itself is cool don't get me wrong! But tbh it is just a thump sound, for how great the weapon seems to be it could have a better one you know?
@Videocookies They kinda did that with Wind Waker. The Skull Hammer was to Wind Waker what The Ball and Chain was to Twilight Princess.
I've been interested in OoT glitches and stuff for at least a decade and I never actually knew about that part of "safe" lava in Fire Temple lol
A cool thing with the I-frames with rolling is that it allows you to do some really cool glitches that you can *also* accomplish with using Nayru's Love!
You have it backwards. BOTW and modern things have soulless detail for the illusion of authentic craft
BOTW has no music and is an abomination to the series in that regard
This is the only series that has actually included things I didn't know. I love it
Dang, I used to hate knocking down the wall Skulltulas, and I still kinda hate dealing with Deky Scrubs.
My only thinking is that in play tests people couldn't figure out the blocks through time / abandoned the concept fairly early on.
The time blocks going back and forth in time was fascinating! I never knew! Very clever and resourceful of the devs!
The thing about the time blocks is absolutely crazy. I thought they just swapped places with another location, like in that one prison room in the Fire Temple. However, if you really do send them through time, that seems like a really, really cool gameplay feature that they might have scrapped because it was too cryptic to convey... what a shame.
Can't believe I am still finding things out about this game all these years later. Thank you!
6:45 They really put in a lot of detail into this game!!!
Your video is awesome!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Okay I been playing since the game came out and you have shocked me by just parts 4 and 5 so far! I mean I’m really impressed!!!!!!
2:00 Love how pissed the eye looks.
Ah yes. The hammer used to crack the skull of a dragon is useless against a spider
They say it's an inside joke because one of the devs freaked out and tried to kill a spider but couldn't do it. 😂
I love these videos, the first time I saw one I rolled my eyes and said we'll see about that, but I'm blown away at the subtle details that I never heard about
Impressive that after several years of actively watching ZFG show off OoT, this video still taught me new things.
Same here
And after you destroyed those signs and chopped them into pieces, you can play Zelda's Lullaby and they repair themself.
Haven't watched yet and i already know it's amazing
Something I’d like to know is, can the power crouch stab stun Vovalgia like the megaton hammer? Probably not, since it can’t destroy totem statues, but it would be awesome if it could.
Well then, looks like we've got some testing to do
Alrighty, I've done some testing for ya, and I can definitely confirm, that the crouch stab with the power of the megaton hammer CAN stun Volvagia and can be used to beat him. It works!
@@ShadowVincent3 that’s awesome dude! Thanks for putting in the time to test it out!
@@terk383 You're most welcome!
@@ShadowVincent3 Nice.
I just noticed the playlist says "series details" rather than just OOT. It's good to know you're doing this for more Zeldas.
Speaking of which, I just saw your BotW Sandbox/Stunt videos. Those were amazing, man.
I don't know if you're looking for more ideas from the comment section at all; but just in case, here are some OoT facts of varying quality:
- There are three "secret" gauntlets in the game that were presumably leftover from earlier stages of development or the unfinished DLC.
(Ruto is also an effective weapon against the Tailpasarans as well, for a largely similar reason)
- The lens of truth can uncover the location of the dead hand, and bombs can unearth him.
(The M. Hammer also isn't needed outside the F. temple until Ganon's Castle so you could even do it after Water and Spirit)
- Volvagia can be damaged by arrows while it flies through the air, as long as it's snout has been exposed. It can also be damaged by bombs at the beginning of the fight if they are quickly placed in the nearest lava hole (I think this has to do with them storing Volvagia from the cut-scene there)
-The Fire Temple boss arena allows you to walk back to the door, despite the sinking block suggesting that you are trapped.
- The outside of the Fire Temple boss arena is climbable, and clinging to it can immediately cancel certain phases of the Volvagia boss fight
- Morpha can be defeated without using the Hookshot.
(They do look pretty sharp)
- Technically only Barinade, Volvagia and Twinrova require the use of the dungeon item found in their respective dungeon/Temple.
I love throwing Ruto at enemies lmao she's so annoying so it's gratifying to do so 😂
@@LuckyJ88 I was throwing her from the start, so I never found her all that annoying.
Oh yeah. The hammer is OP xD after doing so many randos the hammer is always the thing I am most excited to find.
I wonder if you can do one about Majora's mask one day
Would love to see these type of videos for majoras mask
I don't know if this is the actual reason but I remember reading that the caged shark in the bottom of the lake hylia research center was a reference to Nintendo's dislike for the GameShark
Young link can get over the sand river with the same backwalk technique that you can use for adult link, granted there is usually not much to do if you go in that way but it might sometimes be needed in randomizers if you get out of the fortress ground with a song or something.
4:40 Bubble: "DEATH! FINALLY!"
LoZ has some of the best mysteries! That sign post thing blew my mind
1:30 you can also keep hitting the ground with the hammer to make the walltulas repeat their death animations over and over. I don't know how I figured out the hammer walltula thing as a kid
7:28 - My guess is that the late Zora Queen (Ruto's mother) is buried there. The scratches on the tree are probably made by Volvagia.
Love all of these. Keep up the great work ❤️
Speaking of megaton and killing spiders, you can use the Megaton hammer to flip over the tektites. Also the scratches in the tree is probably leftover from unused content from the Ura Zelda game
I saw a boundary break video which showed that the shark 7:21 is actually a 3d model, even though it definitely looks like a 2d still from the intended perspective
I've only known this channel for a couple weeks and I already think you've got my favourite intro.
I've never connected the dots between n64 Link's roll and Dark Souls rolling until you mentioned invincibility frames. It was confusing to me why we got a rolling "attack" prompt instead of a jump button. Tmyk 🌈
7:16 that shark means the use of the GameShark in that time, I don't remember well the story
Honestly the only one I knew was the skull dudes being attracted to bombs. Only because I was too scared to get close to them as a child.
Things you didn't know about Zelda: Hammer and Bomb edition.
Great video!
If I had to guess, the reason Power Crouch Stab doesn't affect the totem blocks is because that's the only use of the Megaton Hammer where it counts which direction you face (so the block flies out in the same direction). All the others just hit things downward. Maybe the PCS doesn't have a direction property?
Watching the sign pieces bounce from the hammer, cut up by the sword, fly in the explosion and float in the water is so fun.
Physics in video games like Halo, GTA, and BoTw is one of my favorite things in games
4:42 like moths to a flame I guess
7:29 maybe it is queen Zora? King Zoras wife? Would make sense as the grave is near the water temple.
Your videos always showcase something i really never knew! The megaton hammer has so many uses!
4:17 That’s actually really cool
You can also swing the hammer sideways if you move sideways as you swing. And you can one-hit skulltulas with the hammer without waiting for them to expose their vulnerable underside.
It's crazy how many different effects for different situations this game has, without even mentioning glitches!
4:23 I heard that only some time stones travel through time. While it's likely that they were all intended to function in this way due to the interaction with the Song of Time, a few of them do not. This is likely a result of oversight in programming.
6:20 Daruma Otoshi is referenced again in MM with the central pillar puzzle of Snowhead Temple.
*1:36* Looks like Link leveled up his ADP
These videos are starting to become like the things you didn't know about BOTW. Everyday I'm learning smth new about one my favorite games :0
A lot of these insane details make me think that these various mechanics were much more important earlier in development, and because development was so long there are lots of those kind of features.
The time block thing makes so much sense! I wish they told you that.
You can cross the quicksand as child link by backwalking near the edges
Actually there's no need to be near the edges if you're going backwards, towards Gerudo Fortress. We'll show it in our next video :)
@@LooygiBros Indeed. If you're coming from Desert Colossus, you just climb the crate on the right, turn around 180 degrees, sidehop to the right, and backwalk. Super easy trick. Coming from Gerudo Fortress is a little bit trickier but not by much. :)
I love this series, great stuff guys.
Ive noticed the three scratches on the tree before when I was a kid, I did forget about it though recently until I saw it in the vid. I always assumed it was Volvagia at some point in past Lots of things in Zelda lore could do that and worse
I remember noticing the time blocks thing and thinking it'd be a more common kind of puzzle.
I never thought I'd be finding out new things about this game in 2022!
i guess you cant collect those items while holding bombs because there's a nonzero chance the player might trigger the "you got!" textbox while you're holding em
Maybe but that wouldn't happen with the green magic pickups so in that regard its still an oddity.
The power crouch stab one Is cool, I'll definitely try that on my next Rando
Although it's a different game, but another cool detail for those signs is in Majora's mask is if you play the Song of Healing it'll actually restore the signs back.
I def learned something new about time-blocks. That is awesome
*THEORY OF THE TREE SCRATCHES*
In the OOT manga, link finds a kid rito lost at lake hylia, maybe it is linked to that, and that may not be a gravestone, but a plaque, maybe it just shows the name of the lake
I really like these vids! Keep em coming!
You have probably covered that one already but if you cut a sign with the sword and then play zeldas lullaby it will magically repair it self👍💕 cool video btw😉 I love these hidden things that are so detailed but no one knows about them!😁
the time block thing blew my mind
the bubbles probably like bombs because they see a round thing with some fire and are like 'mommy!' and then they die :C
I only knew about the time stones. WOW!
there's a video on that last one. about the scratch in the tree. he basically says the boss of the water temple in twilight Princess was the deity of that temple and the one you fight in OOT (I forget it's name, it's been a decade) battled the twilight princess boss for control of the temple and the tree was damaged in the process. at first he says that the twilight princess boss was huge and would destroy the OOT boss and do more than scratch the tree but then takes into consideration that those games are centuries apart. so in OOT he would've still been a puppy basically. see if you can find it, really cool stuff.
Awesome Video Bro!
Theres one where in the final fight with Ganon, after receiving the Master Sword.
If you manage to attack Ganon while staying outside the fire ring, you’ll take alot of damage while being dragged back in.
Though I think you only lost a bit of health, just Link would take alot of hits.
That's it. Part 4 and my Saturday night is complete. Getting the beers in, albeit only for 8 minutes but I'll make it count.
