As slamu alikum sir, I am in the UK and on a healthcare visa since from the last two years. Now I want to change a sponsor with a different occupation code ( Like restaurant or Tack away Shop). In this case, my two years of health care visa are countable when I will apply for ILR? So I just need 3 years of sponsorship visa is this ok or not? As a couple, i am the main applicant and my husband is on a dependent visa. if we change the main applicant and I become dependent in this case my last two years count in ILR? I've applied for Administrative review. Can you tell how long it can take for the results or what else can be Done in this Case .

Employment visa got refused due to 1 Document has not been uploaded. Initially all documents uploaded. Then I got 2 emails 1.TB certificate. 2nd Degree. I have updated my degree and Narick. By the time I have to updated my TB certificate I got an email visa got refused. I appealed with the help of solicitor and I replied them by updating my TB Certificate to System Administrator. How much time does it takes to get response ? No one giving clarity on this. Few are telling in 2 weeks if not 6 month's.
