Assalam Alaikum sir I am living here as European citizen for last 10 years I have EU Settled Status (IL R)do I also have to apply e-visa, And my family is staying here with me as non EU family member on visa from Pakistan and they also have EU Settled status( I L R )will they also have to apply for E visa?

I get visa under eu because my dad is eu national due to covid and lockdown I couldn’t come agin after finishing lockdown i reapply my visa i got it on 09/04/2021 .. i am full time worker and haven’t leave the country so when can i apply for my settled stauts ..

Could you please tell me if my wife is eligible for EU family permit ? If yes, how long it may take for the permit ?? Hi sir, we have a pre settlement so will there any affect on our settled status application if our sponsor via we got a pre settlement if he deny of being our sponsor? Means if he makes a complaint to a government that i will no longer be their sponsor, so at that point would we still apply for settled status after 5 years expiring of our pre settlement? Because a sponsor via whom we have gotten a pre settlement he is always fighting with us and gives us threat that i will no longer be your sponsor once if your pre settlement is expired so we are very in tension please..

For example, you might automatically become a citizen if you're born outside the UK to a British parent. But your children will not automatically be citizens if they're born outside the UK. So your mother is British not you bcoz born outside Uk your grandmother got nationality from your grandfather but she can’t transfer to you

Anyone can apply student visa if you are getting visa to go to Uk it’s useless they will not allow you to switch to spouse visa after coming to Uk getting married to a person who is on pre settled status they will ask you to go back and wait your wife to get settled status and fulfill appendix fm requirements then she can sponsor u

Hello sir, If someone has already applied for eu settlement visa and his biometric was done and application is pending so can he apply for skilled worker visa if someone is ready to sponsor him. Or if someone got refusal and before that they don’t have legal status in UK

Check , British ambassy near your city or go there with your mother and directly speak with them to get proper advice .

After settle status you can apply EUSS visa if you got married before 2020.
