Pension should be taken into consideration.
Alloted fund will be supervised by the committee that is formed under supreme Court.
Sir today ₹100 me ek time ka khana bhi nahi aata ek thali ki cost 200-400₹ 😢 thanks to swigy and zomatato every restaurant wants to become rich overnight, even the pani puri which use to cost 1₹ with 3 gol gappa now costs 30-60₹ and these rates are from strret vendors (restaurant prices are even higger) 😢 not only poor even middle class man have to save money to get a decent amount of food😢 not to forget food experiments 😅 its hard to find spice and taste of actual dish everything is messed up.

I believe if MP's are getting pension so the service class should also get as they served their whole life and do not get anything in return.
Otherwise an amendment should be there for the MP's salary too as to follow up the service class pension amendment act.
Article 105 changes required in Indian constitution....
