Tatiana Maslany is one of the most wildly talented actors I've ever seen in my life.
100% agree. She is fantastic in Orphan Black!
She won an Emmy for her work. Sge was nor expected to win, but she *absolutely* deserved to.
How about when she was playing a character pretending to be another character in the show. And could still tell the performances apart! Amazing work!
I have been working as a Professional Background Performer in Toronto since 2013. On many occasions, I worked on Orphan Black; and it was, always, such a joy to watch Tatiana work. She was, always, on point, and very committed to what she was doing.
She’s a phenomenal actress and I believe every character in Orphan Black
Her Allison character in Orphan Black with Donny would make a great show, spinoff, or movie. She is very talented.
It's not an Alison and Donnie spin-off, but there is a free audiobook series called Orphan Black: The Next Chapter which takes place 8 years after the show ends and Tatiana narrates every character in it, including her co-stars' characters, like Donnie. He and Alison have some really funny moments in that as well.
I Google/Wikipedia’d who she was before watching this, and now want to checkout Orphan Black (had never heard of that show either)
The show is amazing, and Tatiana is STUPENDOUS.
It’s gooood!! I’ve heard about it for a while but I started watching it a few months ago to see what the fuss was about.. I got addicted to it .
The writing has its ups and downs, but Tatiana is superb the entire time. I constantly forgot I was watching the same actress because each character has such distinct speech, mannerisms, etc. Three Emmy nominations and one win in five seasons do not do her performance justice.
Before I started watching the first season, I’d never heard of or seen Tatiana. After I had watched that whole season, I was absolutely incensed she had not been nominated for an Emmy Award. They eventually remedied that injustice, but she still didn’t win one (and only the one) until nearer the end of the show’s run. An epic travesty if ever there was one, as her multi-layered, multi-character (and what must have been utterly exhausting) performance is one of the most amazing, uh, things (what can you even call it?!) that I’ve ever seen on a TV screen.
It's incredible! It's been one of my all-time favorite shows for over 6 and a half years and Tatiana is by far the best actor or actress I have ever seen. I can't recommend it enough!
She and the actress who plays villanelle are just geniouses in their craft.

Even though I am not an actor, I do plan to be a professional director and screenwriter, so this is very helpful information to learn about actors to help get in their headspace.
I think she has great potential in bringing She-Hulk to the screen.

What is she doing now? I can't Gey enough of her. I should rewatch that show, it's one of my absolute favorites.
She's been cast as She-Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is getting her own Disney+ show next year, which she's been filming since april. She's also doing a 2nd season of Orphan Black: The Next Chapter, which is a free audiobook/podcast continuation of the show. Season 2 premieres on october 29th on realm.fm. You can also get it on apple and spotify.
She's doing a SheHulk series with her as the lead character. Featuring Mark Ruffalo and Tim Roth 😍

Technically there's more, because she has body doubles for all the scenes where multiple clones physically interact with each other. There's even some interviews and behind the scenes videos with her main double, Kathryn Alexandre, who also plays the prolethean midwife Alexis in season 2 and 3. Tatiana has constantly praised her and said that Kathryn did everything she did, even though her work as the clones will never be seen.
