The "like" situation might be true, but what she can pull off in front of the camera is, like, mind-blowing. Not sure if you've gotten the chance to watch Orphan Black, but if you haven't, you should definitely give it a try.
I might not know shit about acting, but being able to play Sarah, Alison, Helena, and the rest... and then being able to play "Helena pretending to be Alison" and "Sarah pretending to be Cosima" and you can totally tell the difference, is next level awesome.
There's helena pretending to be Alison Helena pretending to be Sarah pretending to be Beth Sarah pretending to be Beth Sarah pretending to be Cosima Sarah pretending to be Alison Alison pretending to be Sarah Sarah pretending to be Racheal Sarah pretending to be the German Cosima pretending to be Alison and Sarah pretending to be Crystal
Yeah, I mean after the shows ending, an sppin-of would be soo good to watch. To many different stories with a lot of background..... If people ask for it, it may actually happen.
Very interesting. How certain looks and appearances informs how people react and treat other people given certain stereotypes and images we have in our head.
I've had a load of different hair styles from skinhead to really dull. The difference in the way people act towards you is always so interesting, people are so much nicer when you are blonde, and actively cross the street to avoid you when you have shaved head and blue mohawk haha.
Sexual/attraction attention for sure. I prefer dark hair, personally, but yes, more of that kind of interest when blonde, but also a lot of negative treatment in other ways, as a result of being blonde. Not the end of the world though. A lot of people have it worse. And I guess sometimes being approached can be negative, sometimes positive depending on how its done, and where.
I thought she got into it after mentioning Crystal, it's as if mentioning her got her in character :) PS: I looked at the other videos - you're right - she does have this parasite word :/
Aw, c'mon Leah Laushway. Everyone basically conversant with English knows that using "like" is not standard, and in the same category as "go and goes." My six year old knows that "cars go, people say" and any sentence containing "like" can be rephrased. Sorry you took my post in a manner it was not intended. I am a super-fan mildly annoyed by all her "likes" and in absolute awe of her talent.
For what it's worth, I was just ribbing you. I could tell by your phrasing that you're a fan, like me. I'm generally something of a grammar Nazi myself, but I'm all right with the evolving use of, "like". There's definitely something interesting happening with that word, linguistically, and I don't mind seeing how it plays out.
My god... I didn't really notice it before.... Now I don't hear anything else! I want to turn back time to when I hadn't read your post, 'cause she's awesome anyway!
This girl is so bloody underrated
This Girl is so ´like´, ´like´...

She's now she hulk....soooooo
I might not know shit about acting, but being able to play Sarah, Alison, Helena, and the rest... and then being able to play "Helena pretending to be Alison" and "Sarah pretending to be Cosima" and you can totally tell the difference, is next level awesome.
Agreed. 👌
I remember this episode when Alison is in rehab: Tatiana played Sarah who must play Alison who must play Donnie
It was so funny and impressive !
Tatiana Maslany is a genius, simply put.
The fact you can tell who is pretending to be who just from her mannerisms freaks me out. I completely forget it's the same actress. Amazing!
She is one of the most underrated actress out there.
I would love to watch a movie telling Helena's story xD

same

That moment you realize she's so talented that you can actually understand what she said at 1:36
Lol she doesnt need to say every word, we just know and understand her manners.
I think her personality is really close to Cosima's. I don't know why, I just feel it.
She's said so in many interviews. How Cosima is passionate about science, she's is like that about art.
“That’s bazaar” part reminded me of the part she played as Cosima saying “dude that’s complex” lol 😂

I found people were nicer to me when I was brunette. Well, the women were.
It's so true. When I was bleached blond I got so much more interaction for men on the street than any other time, it was really bizarre.

SHE IS A GENIUS
1:43 😂 I don't think he really got it.
Great answer, Tatiana :D
Sssophie his reaction 😂
😂 "...yeah" 😧
I wonder if another actress could've done what she did with her characters in OB. She is so criminally brilliant!
I’m her fan now. I promise I will watch every single show you’re in and I will follow you. Keep going !
Now she is She Hulk. Finally she will get much more recognition.
She is honestly one of the best actresses ever. She needs more recognition 💕💕
Was. Then She-Hulk happened.
the best interviewer ever. amazing questions. tatiana is so fucking talented.
I would talk to her more if she’s Helena 🥰💕
that was a great show!
Every time i see her i see a different person and it's very confusing.
what's with that sound she makes at 1:35 lmao
lol i was replaying it many times..and kept in laughing.. she's so cute
Shyam she just like slurred/mumbled the words lmao
Iv watched a lot of her interviews and she says "you know what I mean" A LOT
it's so cuuuuuteeee
@Daniel Chettiar HAHAHAHA
Oh my god I love her so much.
She deserved 15 different paychecks for all the individualized parts she played.
I love all sisters!!!! 💜 Tatiana is incredible!!!!
Helena's the best wyoa
She Looks like beth
My Nigga....Why Go Through All That Work🙆🏼♀️
I wish she'd break the "like" habit and then she'd be **perfect!**
I thought she got into it after mentioning Crystal, it's as if mentioning her got her in character :) PS: I looked at the other videos - you're right - she does have this parasite word :/
Oh, well, I guess Tatiana Maslany is just going to have to suffer the ignominy of being imperfect in your eyes. Poor girl.
