They said third time is a charm,Am officially a nurse now. To all my repeat test taker I pray y'all make it some day but will advise you keep reading and believing in yourself ☺️🎉
I'm sorry about your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mrs Catherina Alison and that's how i passed My NCLEX exam
I'm not here to convince for her but to share my testimony for what I confirmed, she’s Trust worthy and best option ever seen, thanks Mrs Catherina Alison, God bless you, I've never seen or heard any of her clients has complain of failed. I think she's just too lucrative and perfect for this job
@timestamp 07:03 for the question "The nurse in the ED is preparing to administer alteplase to a client whose initial symptoms of a stroke began 2 hours ago. Which interventions should the nurse implement? Select all that apply." You stated the last possible answer "Monitor the client’s parietal thromboplastin time (PTT)" as correct because we need a baseline value to be referenced during treatment. However. Day 4 on cardiac medications, when you explained thrombolytic you gave the following example and possible answers: "The nurse is administering alteplase to a client diagnosed with massive pulmonary embolism (PE). Which data indicates the medication is effective." 1) The client’s partial thromboplastin time (PTT) level is within therapeutic range. *PTT is measured for Heparin-anticoagulant, not thrombolytics* 2) The client is able to ambulate to the bathroom. *Unsafe response, patient with a PE should not be walking to BR. Does not measure effectiveness* 3) The client denies chest pain on inspiration. *Improvement on condition given symptoms* 4) The client’s chest x-ray is normal. *A normal x-ray will not indicate if symptoms of PE improved* You stated that option 1 was incorrect because PTT is measured for heparin, an anticoagulant and not thrombolytic. Yet in the Day 6 SATA question examples, you state that monitoring PTT on the client being administered alteplase is correct. Can you please explain the difference between both scenarios for why PTT is incorrect and correct for alteplase.
From the bottom of my heart thank you thank you thank you. I know God helped me find you and I watch all your previous videos before I did my NCLEX exam and I passed with 75 questions. Thank you for teaching me how to slow down and think about the question before answering . SATA questions didn’t scare me anymore by the time I wrote my exam. May God bless youuuuuu
I couldn’t think you enough. My God bless you and your family for giving so much of your time and wanting nothing in return but help us pass our NCLEX. I a little over a week to try on first attempt.🙏🏾
Thank you Professor your Teachings is helping me thus far ! My nclex is in 2 months I pray that I pass my Nclex Pn 3rd time is a charm . Studying very hard !God Help Me!
God bless you my professor, thank God I have you as I begins my studies you're really helping me as I do not have money to join membership class. I am grateful sir. God bless you am really learning.
This is by far the best training i have had. i still need a lot of review and practice since not too comfortable yet with SATA questions. Mr Airado is the best!!!!!!!
Very good review . I need a refresh and meet expectations. I failed first exam . Did all questions to the end. I am an ARNP unfortunately I am grandfather and need to pass the test to practice any other state. After 21 years of nursing plus NP I am all lost with the type of questions. Thanks much for this review. Helps a lot 😊
....what a hard one! I think the nursing Dx was the key. I was thinking of all possible nursing interventions in relation to stimulants instead of the Dx
I think the number 4 is also correct because constipation causes anorexia, so increasing fiber and fluid intake is a good intervention for a patient with anorexia.
so why aren't the answers 1 and 5?..... if we want the patient's appetite to be stimulated, why give the meds after meals?......shouldn't it be given before meals to give the patient the desire to eat?

Ptt is for heparin
so true.....PTT is for heparin, not thrombolytics

Thank you prof
Please do a 7 days training for mental health
I will make sure i am in the last day live class.
Thank you so much for your help 🙏
Happy to help
Thanks professor
thank u sir!
Thank you so much
Thank you so much 🙏
Nice....
❤
Thank you so much!
You said in the last time about PTT for hiparin not for alteplase. I got confused
is it good for lpn student
I cant see you on telegram
I dont get it. What does an iv site have to do with a DVT. It says nothing in the question about an iv site.
That is general . A person in the hospital for DVT is more than likely going to have an IV .
Especially because they are being treated for the DVT .
I think the number 4 is also correct because constipation causes anorexia, so increasing fiber and fluid intake is a good intervention for a patient with anorexia.
