You can access the 2nd SSD slot without removing the motherboard. It is located on the left (in this video), just under the top left fan. You just need to remove the battery and one screw, add another SSD drive and assemble back what you removed before.
Please show me how I want this laptop but this upgrade is very much off-putting
Thank you very much for this video! I have a Z16 Hiro Fujiwara edition and thanks of this video I expanded the memory to 64 gb. For those who will do the same, make sure to place the memories correctly, I had to redo the procedure twice because one memory was not properly adjusted.

Where exactly are the 4 speakers? the grill right above the keyboard there is no sound from it. I only hear sounds coming out of the 2 small speakers underneath the body on either sides.
Which material have the heatsink, is it liquid metall compatible?
the solo fan is giving me an electric like noise and not spining which causes the laptop to get hot and turn off , i just purchased this laptop and it has this problem , any fix is appreciated ...
I dont really like how the speakers sound I try different audio drive and software and I'm guessing is the speakers any way I can a different brand and upgrade them

I own this laptop and now the fan started to cause me some problems. It doesn't spin properly and doesn't provide enough cooling to the CPU which makes it thermal throttle and shut down on its own. I can't use if for more than 30 mins. I would like to find the replacement for the fan but I couldn't find any which is compatible with this laptop. If anyone could help me find the replacement fan, please do post its link here. Also, never buy products from msi.
