Hello. All the three brands you named are the top 3 brands in single cylinder diesel engines. Changchai has the longest history (since 1913). If it was me, I would pick a 30hp engine from Jiangdong, the JD300 model. It is the exact copy of Yanmar TF300 and is a very good engine. In some ways better than the classic Chinese models. 27kw = 36HP.
