@@DynastyLeagueFootball I think, given the context of that 25 first, I would have wanted more to give up Allen. I don’t think it’s a bad/dumb trade though.
@@DynastyLeagueFootball it’s still borderline with the rice and diggs news. Needed a TE, I’ve got Wandale, Mike Williams, tyjae, Chase brown, Jamo, Burks, sky moore, or Marvin mims as my final flex spot instead of Hollywood. Just assumed one of them should hit as well as Hollywood… plus I’ve got Josh Allen for the stack.
My initial thought with the Josh Allen trade for all the draft picks WHY did the guy have Richardson and laporta and CeeDee, and Travis Etienne all on taxi? Who won the world was he starting?
He used the taxi to his advantage in order to get that 1.01. It’s tanking without breaking any anti-tanking rules of the league. His lineup was like Lawrence, Jefferson for half the year, Lamb, and then like no one else. So now as he looks at 2024, he can pull up those taxi guys and go all in with a monster roster for years.
1QB 12 team start 8 My main rbs are Bijan, swift, pollard, javonta Williams, Stevenson. I have the 24 1.04, 2.01 Would you trade away Williams For the 2.03 and Miller? My thought is reset at rb.
Can someone explain why Mark Andrews is valued so lowly? I get he was injured, but of all the TEs he is 1 of 3 (Kelce, LaPorta) that has a history of high fantasy production for a full season and is in a scheme that feeds the TE. That is a rare combo in the NFL these days. He's my TE2 overall but I consistently see his in the TE4-7 range. Signed - a Mark Andrews owner lol
That's a fair point! I could see how that scares some people off for sure. ACL MCL injuries these days just don't seem to have long term impacts and Andrews still has many years of playing left. I guess we'll see how this next season goes. I expect a slow start and (hope for) a strong finish reminding everyone how good he really is.
Great question! Think of it as a dynasty “practice squad”. Typically it’s an extra set of players on your “non-active” roster that allows you to stash usually rookies or second-year players on your team without them taking up an actual roster spot.
If you’re trading Josh Allen to that first team, you’re not getting enough. Trades aren’t cut and dry. If you’re trading with a powerhouse team, get extra for your stars. I’ve seen Allen go for 4 firsts. That trade that was made is going to make your leagemates hate you, the powerhouse team getting Allen, and hate the league in general
@@DynastyLeagueFootball like I said it depends on the league. You should be able to get more for Allen there, not settle. Could make sense to trade with a league mate that needs to get better, not one that is sucking the life out of the league
Is it settling? He’s resetting his team with Caleb Williams and a potential top-5 pick next year? At that point, there’s no incentive for the other team to pay more because they can just draft Caleb and keep the picks.
@@DynastyLeagueFootball yeah, it’s settling. Take a look at trades that are made for Josh Allen. Take into account that the team you’re trading with is stacked. You gotta know your league and not make that trade. Many owners would give an additional first on top of what you got there
Good morning, fellas! Would love your opinion on if this trade makes sense for my team and if I should adjust anything? SEND: Etienne + Reed RECEIVE: DK + Pollard + 2.07 Roster: Burrow, Russ JT, Etienne, Chubb, Hubbard, Roschon Tyreek, Devonta, Addison, Reed, Ridley, Dotson, J Palmer, T Palmer Engram 1.06, 3.01, 3.02, 4.12 Overall, I'm trying to make sure that I land WR1's on their team instead of hanging on a thread that Devonta, Addison, and Reed all produce. So hedging my bets by trying to dish Addison and Reed is what I'm looking to do. Either I will use the 1.06 on Odunze or JJ McCarthy/Maye (whichever QB falls to me).
Honestly, I’d keep Etienne and Reed. I get what you’re trying to do, but DK is just another Devonta/Addison type of receiver, so I don’t think that helps you out, it honestly might just make your weekly lineup decisions worse. And I agree with the second Reed deal, if it was a first I’m in. 2.01, nah.
12 team SF, no TE premium Receive: Justin Jefferson and 24’ 3.06 Send: Drake London, Tee Higgins, 24’ 1.09 and 24’ 2.06 I would still hold the 1.05 and 1.11 and also have Ceedee on my team. Thoughts?
I honestly don’t mind either side. If you don’t like the risk of Higgins or believe he won’t ever become more than a top-24 guy, and you don’t want the risk of the 1.09, then take Jefferson. But if you believe in London, believe Higgins can gain value or production on a new team, and have another player you love to draft at 1.09, then take that side. How many starters is this?
10 starters; 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 SF, 1 K, 1 DEF/ST I’m a big London fan but 2 year of being under a top 35 player is worrying. I get QB has been an issue but good receivers can still produce with bad QBs
In a start 8 (I’m not counting K and DST), then I lean towards the superstar of JJ versus making decisions at WR every week, assuming you have other good WRs?
Jakobi Meyers is really my only other notable receiver, but I got tired of deciding between London, Higgins and Meyers every week. I’ve come in 2nd the last 2 years and am mostly hoping JJ will be the piece to push me into the promised land. QB - Herbert, Prescott, Brissett, Darnold, Stidhan RB - Aaron Jones, Zamir White, Gus Edwards, CEH, Chris Rodriguez, Ford, Chandler, Abanikanda WR - Lamb, JJ, Meyers, Michael Wilson, Calvin Austin, Justin Shorter TE- Kelce, Gesicki, Dulcich, Davis Allen, Tyler Conklin 24’ picks - 1.05, 1.11, 2.10, 2.11 and 3.06 I’m hoping Nabers or Odunze will fall to that 5 spot
I moved Pollard and Josh Palmer for a random 2025 1st. I really like Palmer but couldn't reject the trade over him. Easy accept for me.
I like that a lot!
Smash!
Great move for trading for Allen by that first team. Dumb for the guy trading away Allen when hes starting a rebuild.
It’s a bad trade to start a rebuild?
@@DynastyLeagueFootball I think, given the context of that 25 first, I would have wanted more to give up Allen. I don’t think it’s a bad/dumb trade though.
Kind of agree. You gotta get one solidified stud to trade Allen.
@@DynastyLeagueFootballyeah bc he probably could’ve gotten Stroud
Traded Hollywood and a 2025 first for Dalton Kincaid, 3.06 and 3.09… happy with it, but I see both sides. 12 team, 1QB, start 8
I think I take Hollywood and the 1st, unless this is premium?
@@DynastyLeagueFootballsorry, context matters, 12 team, 1QB, start 8, so elite options get pushed up in the format, only 2 flex.

Just traded Kyren Williams for Will Levis and a 25 First
12 team super flex tight end premium start 11

Have Kyren and want to trade him. I'd love to get a 2025 first and Justin Fields. Levis is a huge win.

I dont see Wicks beating out Watson and Reed, but i could see Watson health limiting him and Wicks being the WR2 by default
Thursday night commute is goated

I just traded josh Allen who what rookie should I replace with. I like Daniels but Caleb is Caleb. Anything ???
If you can get Caleb, take him. Regardless of what he does on the field he will retain value in his first year. Daniel’s may or may not.
