I think this is a great message and I appreciate what Roberts Liardon is saying which is to do things with the right heart which is obvious- many famous people say they got where they are because they did just that, they weren’t seeking fame at all. However I would also like to know what he has to say about people that are actually called by God to be famous and to have that great far reaching impact on a global level. I believe it says in the Bible that God is the one that makes people famous and personally I believe God has clearly shown me how He uses many different famous people (Christian and “secular”) to accomplish His Good Will and bring much needed Salvation, healing, deliverance, comfort, knowledge, etc. to others. I do believe that fame many times is a clear testament to how important and needed what someone has to give is. I believe God makes certain people famous to have great impact because it is so desperately needed. I also think it is important to note that not everyone wants to be famous and there can be a price to fame. There are people that have stepped out of the spotlight because they don’t want to pay that price. Most people know fame in the worldly sense really is empty and can have some downsides and be a burden. But I believe if you are famous for the right reasons and it is God’s Will and you are being smart and staying grounded and humble and not chasing fame because you have a healthy support system of good trustworthy, loving, truly supportive family and friends then fame can be a very enjoyable thing with very few downsides if any. It really all depends on how you live, your heart and who is in your life!💛🌈
I believe, with all of my heart that we are in the most incredible season right now. The Body of Christ has been so divided and broken to-date. I believe the reason we are having this discombobulation with the dynamics/brethren we are experiencing is because the Lord is using it to unite us inspite of confusion and craziness. But, we have to address this opportunity with prayer first and then....meet and discuss in person. Sure would be a Victory in Jesus!

These two I have contemplated much on, recently God spoke to my heart again at a National Hui Gathering at Ywam in Nelson South Island New Zealand on the Cross, then He reminded me of my calling. You mentioned Oral Roberts in your message, how you'd asked him how he survived against national opposition the key word I heard was forgiveness even if someone doesn't ask for it, to offer it which will keep one fresh in the Spirit and Joy, walking in forgiveness daily. How freeing to do that so there are no hindrances in my walk and to serve Jesus my King and Master faithfully until I see Him in person and His beautiful face. Timely message !! This reminds me of the story Della Reese told about when God asked her to be on Touched By An Angel and she said “no “ to Him twice in a row! 🤣🤣 but God kept asking her and told her “Do it for me.” And she finally said “Okay”. 🤣❤️ The recording of her telling this story is on UA-cam last I checked!

Your calling....a topic that is not often broached by many a teacher or preacher. However it is most vital for every Christian to know. If I understand Brother Roberts correctly you're assignment is something God asks you to do. I have a couple of questions for him regarding "Your Calling." 1.. Is your calling general or specific? For instance could you read a passage of scripture regarding the general calling and determine what your calling is by a skill set of qualities you have. Or....is your calling a direct communication from Holy Spirit where He specifically tells you what you are to do. In your case, it sounds like you had the second happen to you where Holy Spirit told you to study the generals and write books about it. Perhaps it could be both or either or. 2. Can your calling develop and evolve or does it remain the same all of your life? It seems like you have several roles in this time. Your original calling was to write the books; now you're more of an apostle and pastor. 3. In other messages on this same topic you mentioned that your calling involves a geographical location. Is your calling separate and sometimes attached to a location or does it always involve a geographical location. 4. You mentioned that your calling isn't something you want to do. Can you be called to something you like to do? Do you think that perhaps originally you might not like it but grow to like it because the Lord knows what's best for us and what we will ultimately enjoy? I'd like to share another message that I listened to earlier today that dovetails with this message. What if we prefer to not be well know, but God has a humongous calling on us? To me, I think it would be more tempting to say no to to being well known publicly than being known. I'm opposite from most others.

If we say no to our calling is that not being in rebellion/disobedience? are not these sin so with this being mentioned,sin can not enter heaven so we do lose our salvation. I am not trying to be argumentive but I am just curious.
b/C God will not impose His will on anyone, nor will He impose others on yours, He doesnt impose Salvation,.He jus extends Himself to us if we are willing to accept..He knows our frame, that we are made of dust &sometimes afraid...the more we establish our personal 1 on 1 relationship w/ Him, and experience His presence, His undying love for us....then we will grow into wanting to accept our call & allow Him to mold & shape us thru life experience. Love for God will want to make you please Him.
