You can always follow the recipe but it will never be the same as getting an egg salad sandwich from a 7/11 in Japan. 😂

It’s basically an American version of the egg salad sandwich with out the relish and the eggs on top lol.
Ive tried this several times but cant seem to get the tangy rich yoke flavor. I used Japenese Mayo, salt, pepper and even a small touch of sugar, but not same as in Japanese convenience store (7-11). Any ideas??
You can use american mayo . Its called durkees. But its not everywhere
