Yeah, but even then they're not really comparable to other profit sources. The blackberries could be worth the time if you're in a pinch, but it doesn't really compares to crystallarium farming or ancient fruit wine. I just think an item like this isn't too useful if you get it in time for year 2 at soonest
Well yeah, the caveat to what I said was with the intention of the first year. By the time the berries sprout in year 1 you should be farming level 4 (or soon) and should be able to craft some preserving jars and while you're going to need a lot of upfront money so you won't have the time to preserve all of your veggies and fruits you grow in year 1, you can put the salmon berries aside and make them into jam whenever the bins will inevitably not have anything to do during the first year.
That happened to me on one save, too. It was already winter and the cutscene didn't trigger like it should've for days. Then it randomly triggered. I honestly don't know why the game does things like this, but it's one of the things you have to deal with when beta testing. Try going every day, and hopefully it triggers. Sorry I can't help you more than this
Hello! I know i’m one year late to this video, but is the anyway to get the magnifying glass after a few years from the Krobus cutscenes. Just because I didn’t do the following cutscene after Krobus ran a away and just left it alone for a few years. I have no Idea how to get it now because i’m on my 7th year and it won’t do the cutscene whenever i’m near the bush. Also thank you so much for this video... your response will very much be appreciated 😊😊
yeah I noticed the same, I already knew Krobus when I saw him there, so I thought what kind of mystery is this, I did not follow him then because I just thought he would be in the sewer, next year I went after his tracks but when I was at the bush nothing happened so I continued just playing as usual and now I have to wait for the next winter again to try again. Have you tried touching the bush maybe then Krobus jumps out of the bush? I'm on my 11th year now.
Note: these only seem to be on PC versions... on PS4 version... i have max hearts with everyone and on year 3 no cutscene with the Spring Onion Mastery, the Winter Krobus one never happens, the secret notes dont even seem to exist...

I've acquired the magnifying glass, but I can't get the Joja truck to work on either files ;-; I originally thought it was because I was still trying it in the winter, but considering that you've managed it just fine I don't think that's the case. I just can't figure it out...
You found secret note #20 correct? If you did, just try it a couple times. It didn't work for me on the first one. If you don't have the secret note, you won't be able to get the charm. Hopefully this helps

I've encountered a couple other bugs too (ie: the junimo statue literally doesn't exist on one of my saves), but this one irks me the most because it was an item I've really been looking forward to. I'll keep trying, though! At least on one save I have to spend the rest of the season hanging out with my rabbit before he'll give me a rabbit's foot anyway, so I don't mind making daily trips to see if the truck's working on that save, haha.

That seems to be a bug many people (including myself) have encountered. It might just show up, but if it doesn't, test the problem at ConcernedApe. The more people who raise awareness for the problem, the more likely it is to be fixed. Sorry I couldn't help more

yeah 1) the Bear's Knowledge: you need a Magnifying to find Secret Note (and it needs to be a specific note) all of that for Bear's Knowledge that makes Blackberries and Salmonberries worth 3x at that time 90% you already have a farm that makes you more money than that 2) the Spring Onion Mastery: if you can get it easier then yes Spring Onion is a good way to get money in the early game BUT you must have 8 heart of friendship with both Vincent and Jas make it's not worth it Vincent is my favorite NPC and I always give him the gift he loves but even so, it take me more than a year to get 6 - 7 heart of friendship, and you need to do the same with Jas (and her Birthday on Summer so it may take you more than two years), make it's turn into a late-game items and as a late-game item, it may be the worst

Yeah, 1.3 is only on PC and Switch for now. Hopefully it comes to PS4 and Xbox soon
