Brilliant trainer. This is the kind of padwork I would love to do... it is really on the money in terms of simulating sparring. It seems to be sharpening the tools almost as much as sparring but less injury and potential head trauma. The way it flows into freestyle clinch wrestling and spontaneous shots with footwork and feints, rather than just spamming typical static combos over and over again. Love it!
