I just started my 17th year teaching. I feel you about cleaning and organizing. I’ve been at three different schools and three different grades in my 17 years. Six years ago I moved to the school I’m at now and the teacher that was in the room before me was the most disorganized and messy person I’ve ever seen in my life. It took me so long to go through everything and organize it and I’m definitely a little OCD when it comes to that kind of thing. You totally strike me as someone who would do great with little kids, you have that demeanor that screams kindergarten teacher to me lol. Good luck during this sure to be crazy year.

Having the windows is good for your mental health👍🏼 I would dislike teaching in an interior room with no windows but feeling closed in gives me anxiety so maybe it’s just me?
Having a sink IN YOUR ROOM will be very helpful especially with all the hand washing requirements.
