Can we delete the parameter or calculated variable or hide them after exported ? Bcos sometimes customer might not want new objects on Dashboard.

Thank you for this !! One question...when I am saving the extract file do I save it on the default datasource folder that comes up or do I save it on the folder that that server has access to???

In server you can save it any of the project folder

If you want to save in your local machine you can save it anywhere in your computer but if you want to make it available in tableau desktop as a saved data source then you have to save that data source in the the documents repository under data sources
