I Did It! 12 Weeks- 42 Pounds. No Sugar, No Smoking.

  • Something broke me and I turned disaster into success. I utilized Hydroxycut to boost my energy from the no sugar, Stevia to get the sweetness I needed for my coffee, Weight Watchers App to track what I ate. I then rotated Yoga, weight lifting, and aerobic exercise with 2 full days off a week. I did walking 10,000 plus steps per day but no off days for it. I feel 10x better, look better, and definitely a happier guy. More to come and different videos on what I use in more detail.

      Thank you! Still at it...8.5 months. Maxed out at 54 lbs lost and have rotated to putting muscle on. Hopefully I’ll have some new videos soon. Hard journey but I’m much healthier now.

      I ate a lot of the same foods I did before but minus the sugar stuff and watched the carb intake. I used the Weight Watchers app in order to track the food I ate and adapt to what I needed vs what I wanted. Things like 1 burger instead of 2 or 3-4 slices of pizza vs 6. Fish, chicken, dark green vegetables, and fruits. Main thing for exercise is 10k steps a day. I like to change up for different ways of working out to keep body from getting use to it and plateauing. Lifting 1-3 times a week and vary every 2 weeks with light weight high reps then heavy weight with more sets but reps at 6-10. Yoga 3 times a week, maybe cardio work twice a week with exercise bike, battle rope, punching bag.

      I need to do an update video I suppose. Almost 7 months now I’m over 50lbs of lost fat, bench more than I did in HS, can run a full 5k, 6 pack at 39. Sugar and smoking are big no no and it took me a lot of years to stop denying it.
