  • A walk along some of the finest coastal scenery in Ireland. Starting and finishing at the amazingly beautiful location of Port in the farthest reaches of Donegal. Along cliff tops, above sea stacks and storm beaches and over tumbling streams to reach the village of Glencolumbkille for a pint of the black stuff.

Gerry. Will you explain something to me? This is Part 2 of Walks around Port. Now in Oct 2014 it has 3220 hits approx while Part 1 has a little over 300. Surely Part 1 is every bit as good? What's going on? Paul

Paul Moore Paul, it may just be down to the mood of the internet but it did have a difficult beginning - i had to remove it due to music copyright issues on a couple of occasions but it was a good learning experience and i now have a fairly fail safe method of picking music that will not prohibit viewing. It is certainly my favourite out of the 2 as i feel it is one of the best walking routes i have had the pleasure of doing :-)
