Bro my desk is 60 cm in width on the top ( also i sit at almost 10 cm further away from the desk ) , so i want to ask if i should buy 24 inch or a 27 inch monitor

60 cm seems normal desk width, I would suggest go for 24”.
And if you want to purchase 27” make sure the resolution is QHD.
