I also think this show still holds out pretty well considering it came out in 2004 which it’s a few years short of being 20 years old 😳 some parts are a little cheesy but overall still funny. Some show back then now are so cringe I can’t even watch them without being second hand embarrassed lol.

It doesn't sound like they were good friends. I had like 3 friends since 3rd grade all the way up until sophomore year. We all started smoking weed. And then like 2 years after graduation, I decided to quit smoking and they bailed hella fast. And we were all pretty good friends at the time; at least I thought we were. Oh well. but something like that shouldnt overshadow the fact that you should invite your old best friend to your wedding, even if it does turn into a reunion tour, then let it, you know its your wedding and youre just inviting an old pal over
That would make sense if it's an affair that's open to the public. Being that the guest list is supposed to be made up of the bride and groom's family and friends, the reunion aspect wouldn't have been a factor.
I personally think Josh has some deep seated resentment of Drake because of past issues relating to the show. I have no doubt Drake got the majority of fan mail, and that the tween girls thought he was gorgeous. Drake is hardly responsible for how the show was written, and it's not his fault he was good looking, and in shape, where Josh was pudgy and nothing spectacular in the looks dept.

It's really weird, if you listen to him talk he talks like he's speaking to a child. Or more like he acting like a child. Probably to relate to his audience.
Drake's situation with Josh reminds me of a situation I had with a former friend. Me and him used to be best friends since we were 10 years old. We kept in contact in high school even though we spent less then time together and still hung out. Then one day he decided to throw away all the years we spent together. He said he wanted to focus on achieving a great education, getting a job, then finding a girl to settle down with and having a kid. That's exactly what he ended up doing. He literally said that in a text to me. The way he said it was so matter-of-fact and I couldn't believe how he just threw away years and years worth of friendship just to focus on his own life. He won't shoot me a text, I see him online on Playstation Plus all the time and he won't even send me a message. It was unbelievably cold, selfish, and now my family hates him. So I understand where Drake is coming from with his situation with Josh.

Josh knew Drake for 20 years and had their own TV show together and Drake didn't get invited to his wedding. However Josh And David have known eachother for 2 years and David gets invited. That's kinda messed up of Josh but it is what it is.

Actually if one paid close attention to those two, you'd find both of their egos grew a bit afterward, and Drake has ended up being the one sticking his foot in his mouth and making rediculous pompass statements from time to time, which frequently backfires in his face. I just think as they got older, they grew enough differences that Josh felt like keep some distance in-between.
