      I'm not trying to come across like a jerk but I'm sure they're aware of who Popovich is and don't want to disrespect him by wasting his time.

    it's maybe a stupid thing to say but playing nba 2k with a playbook can help us a little bit to understand

    • @IanLEAU
      @IanLEAU 7 років тому +6

      To an extent, but I don't know if 2k will help you explain how to bail out your tail man when he's doubled in the backcourt, or when to run 2nd, 3rd or 4th option on motion offense. Although this might be the best offensive motion today, it's one of the hardest to learn. I remember our coach running a similar type of offense in high school but we only had a 2nd option in case our low post game wasn't going to work, otherwise we would just reset and let our best player go iso lol.

      willi kurniawan you gotta play basketball like a game of chess, one step after another. You gotta think unuasal to understand it. I play soccer and basketball and I love the tactics behind it. I have a high soccer IQ (good vision, good passing ability and good shooting) and when I play with my friends, most of the time I'm 2-3 steps ahead of them because of my ability to read situations. I think its not that much different when playing Basketball, you always have to think 2-3 steps ahead and handle the situations given to you as good and effective as you can. If you can do that in a split second, thats what seperates the good from great ones. Look at Jordan, he is the GOAT for a reason, because he always handled the situations so well (especially in crunch time) and gave us the greatest finals performances in the history of basketball. Because Jordan knew how to beat you, he knew exactly which move he had to pull off to get you where he wanted you to be and beat you there. Such a great mind-body coordination,its really incredible. He always had this confidence of being the best on the court, and nobody could shake that confidence. He lost to the Pistons team 3 times in a row and still beat them to win his first finals. Thats dedication and love for the game. Thats what you should have.

      willi kurniawan 2k is actually very similar to summer league plays in terms of it usually being floppy on both sides and a pick for the guy coming from the baseline to the three

    • @humzahhassan4521
      @humzahhassan4521 6 років тому +1

      Yeah In hs you usually only have 2 plays plus two counters but in college u have between 5-10 however once you go pro that increases so high you have to really be dedicated because it’s a system it’s a Cycle how hey run the plays it’s goes from floppy to the corner and a double pic and role not the play these guys were doing just making an example

  • @humzahhassan4521

    Now I know why nba players get mad after being traded they have to learn a whole new set of plays jeez in college we have 10 plays but only use 5 but 10 altogether because they are counters

    Thats why one practices it. Now imagine doing these drills constantly where as far as u know it by heart. Once u hear the play u already know the floor movement of ur team mates an where their suppose to be...
    see thats why when u hear them always say, “ WHEN U PLAY THE RIGHT WAY”! Which means follow exactly how the play is called unless u get an option.. once everyone is on that same page an flow, U CAN NOT LOSE! But we’ re human so we go thru mental lapses. Thats why the coach or leaders have to snap guys back into it.. great video! The Basics!

    God doesn’t want anybody in hell because He loves us, but you must understand why we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). We’re not sinners because we sin, but rather we sin because we’re sinners. Sin is the nature of our flesh that we are born with due to the sin of Adam in the garden. For someone to be justified before God they have to be sinless. We’ve all sinned (Romans 3:23), and the the law demands death for those who sin (Romans 6:23). God is righteous, so He must punish our sin, which is what He did through His Son Jesus Christ on the cross. Jesus is Holy and sinless, yet He received our sin when He died on the cross, so that we can be righteous before God (2 Corinthians 5:21). When He died on the cross, He said “It is finished” (John 19:30), which means He paid the full price for all of your sins (past, present, and future) to be forgiven. He was buried and rose again from the dead. God will forgive anybody who puts their full trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. We aren’t saved based on our good deeds, but only by the grace of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). His precious blood that He shed is the only reason why we can be forgiven of our sins (Hebrews 9:22). If you confess that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead, then you’ll be saved (Romans 10:9). You are born-again with the Spirit of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and are not only legally justified before God, but also are accredited His righteous (Romans 4:24). Believers live for Christ now, so get to know Him through His Word. I recommend reading the book of Romans and the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), and watching Pastor Joseph Prince’s online sermons!
