Is everything being stored in your trading post? That might be why some of your villagers can't get what they need. Is there a dry goods storage? Also you need to put in an orchard if you are doing alcohol so it doesn't take from your food stocks, possibly. I am just watching your playthrough so I really don't know. Also maybe more wagon transports would help with delivery?? Enjoying this game a lot.
I am not keeping any stock in the trading post I haven't built a a dry goods storage yet and have 2 transport wagons. I'd have to buil another transporter to get more and may end up doing that
