people always think that I'm exaggerating with being positive about everything or not complaining about anything ... this reminder just showed me that I'm doing the right thing alhumdulilah 😊
الحمدلله Excellent explanation. Ya Rab protect me and my brothers and sisters in Islam from being ungrateful. الحمدلله ربِّ العالمين الحمدللهًِ ربِّ العالمين حمداً يوافي نعمهُ و يكافي مزيده
assalamualaikum really love this series. may Allah grant seikh Omar and his family a good life and health. Looking forward for more lecture by seikh Omar. salam from Indonesia
Thank you. There are subtle points that are so deep in all your lectures. Not found in other videos. May Allah Grant us the ability to recognise them do only what pleases Him. Ameen
Jazakllahu khair sheikh. This was a very helpful video. Maybe for the next video you could go into detail about how we may show gratitude whilst staying away from arrogance? It seems to be a fine line and any help would be greatly appreciated. May Allah accept your deeds and grant you lofty rank, ameen.
I think when he said 'find the fine line' what he meant was it's a personal thing i.e. Your intention: "Every action is according to its intention" So if you're mentioning a blessing of Allah and you know inside that there is no sort of arrogance or boasting then it's okay. As always, Allah knows best.
@gehad gafar he said in this video that you should not boast this is how you avoid 7sad rather you should be thankfull to everything Allah even with small blessings also (where people wont show 7asad too). but boasting about your blessings like he said in the video you should not do
I have a question. If I have some problems (some hard type of trial) and feel really bad and somebody ask me how am I, and if I say: I'm ok alhamdulillah, and keep quiet about the problem I have, am I a liar in that moment? And what if the trial is so strong that in this case I start crying, because I can't handle it? Sometimes sabir is a very difficult, sometimes not. JazakAllahu Khair for the answer.
+Servant Beneficent You have to ask Allah 'Azzawajal for the strength to overcome the trial. He put you in the situation because He knows your capabilities, and your strengths and weaknesses. Allah does not put you in a trial that you cannot overcome. There is no harm in crying, but do not complain because that is ingratitude. As for the first part of your question, I do not know, and Allah knows best. May Allah grant us all the strength to overcome the trials He places us in and may He forgive us all of our ingratitude and ignorance and our other major and minor sins. Ameen.
+RandoM.5321 Masha Allah... I even forgot this situation and my question. Allah is so Great! I posted this question 1 month ago and today I launched my own blog about trusting Allah. Unbelievable how quick progress... Within this month, I asked Allah to teach me tawakul, and He did it very, very quickly. I read, listened, watched many Quranic lessons about it. Allahu Akbar, and Jazakallahu Khair for your response!
If someone asks how are you while you are going through a severe trial. Say the truth. Just say I am going through this but Alhamdulillah I still can think and speak I have shelter and everything so I am greatful to Allah etc. This is why Allah mentioned about Ayyoub Alaihisalam in the Quran. The story is a good reminder and your story is a reflection of yours in a way. Allah mentions that hes an excellent servant. Say Subhanallahi wabihamdihi no matter what happens. Because Allah is never unjust. He is free of imperfections. Please listen to Mufti Menks narration of prohet Ayyoubs story others narrate the story without proper basis. Alhamdulillah its good to see u back on track.
why does Allah favor the people of israel, blessing them with things no other nations have been blessed with when in the Qur'an mentions that no nation is better than any other nation?
