@@simcha2012 Um not really. Its standard practice to prevent signal "thumps" from gear earlier in the chain being amplified by the poweramp. Very, very, very standard practice.....including with home and PA gear. It would be interesting to hear why you think doing this "might be bad" for the amplifier?
In regular use there will be no thumps from gear earlier in the chain, unless they are in bad shape and give out too much DC. And this then only would occur when the SE-9060 is in DC mode. When the power amp is switched on while other gear which carries a signal is already switched on and the volume of the power amp is not down, this might (in the long run) damage the contacts of the protection relays (burn-in).
I owned a 9060 for a while. Great dual mono design.
Me encantó la última 🎵 canción del vídeo… 🎉
It's Boredoms from Japan, don't listen to it if you have cats :)
Gracias por compartir experiencia, quiero comprar este equipo clásico. Y estoy buscando información etc sobre el… Gracias por compartir
Ya me llegó a casa este mismo modelo una verdadera maravilla de equipo
Well done, great machine!
Which button switches from speaker to headphone?
The headphones are always on, the speakers can be switched on/off with the speakers switches.
Does your SU-9070 have wires going across / soldered underneath bottom of main board ?
Yes, a number of them
se 9060 vs sansui 7070,which one you prefer ?
These are 2 completely different devices. Both are good performers (in their way)
What's your power(VA) in total? especially for 9060 and 9070?
Sorry, never checked that, why would you want to know?
Bro; the poweramp - last turned on, first turned off
Why? It might even be bad for the power amp to do it like that (in the long run).
