Okay so let me get this straight. Sailor Moon becomes Sailor Cosmos and Princess Serenity becomes Queen Neo-Serenity. I kind of forgot but I'm a major fan. I liked it since I was four.
I think they are basically the same, other than the eye color plus the added crescent moon on her dress, and the tiara. Then of course, the age difference would mean that you have to draw the queen as an 'adult'.

Sailor Cosmos is a little more complicated. She's the final normal of Usagi. Even past Neo Queen Serenity. But I'm not sure if she only exist in the Chaos future where everyone but Usagi has died, or that Sailor Cosmos will be what Usagi "evolves" into regardless of the timeline.
i have a woundering, what the diffrent between the queen and princess ofcorus tha hair and that she i s taler and princess. I mean if you will draw them what will you draw diffrent exept that i say below... Or are they the same "caracter"? Many love to ypu! thanks for charing!
