After 8 years of having to miss I'll finally be able to go back to my favourite Ionian island in a few weeks! As a first holiday since Covid started, I couldn't have asked for a better place to go, I am beyond excited. Lovely people, great atmosphere, wonderful food, and most of all gorgeous scenery. It'll be such a joy to be reunited with beautiful Kefalonia!
@@eleanorlouisa1621 ahh I’ve been all over, but now we were in and around agia efimia. But we always rent mopeds and move around, so we did Asos for a day, the south for a day, Antisamos beach, lixouri,.. we like to have a base to come back to but for us riding the mopeds is part of the fun, we even try to take the longer route to where we want to go just to be able to take in as much of the island as we can ☺️ Asos is lovely! Definitely check out the view of Myrthos then, it’s on the way to Asos if you come from the south.
@@Jefferson_starkid I’ve never been to Agia Efimia, but when I researched it I saw the beaches were amazing! Definitely on this years bucket list this time around. We’ve been to Myrthos a few times, and I definitely want to go back! The view must be one of the best in Greece- although, I must admit, the first time we went, the drive was appalling as we went the wrong way 😂. When we went last year though, we actually went on the right path so it was alright. Mopeds seem really cool, I definitely want to check if I can rent one but I think you have to be 18 and if so, I’ll do that next year. Assuming you’re okay with Rocky beaches, Agios Thomas is 100% a must see, the actual beach itself is fine, but if you walk across the rocks )nearby where the taverna is)you will find the most beautiful secluded beach ever. I tried to find a photo online but they’re all of the main beach, and none of the photos do it justice! I always find that people in Kefalonia are always the nicest of the Greeks, I’ve always felt so welcomed and I just adore the family-run tavernas, they just feel less commercialised than English restaurants. Hope you are blessed with being able to return again soon!
Iv been 7 times , first time in 96 . Then 03 and the odd years after that sometimes 2 times a year. It’s a beautiful place but it’s sad that it’s changed quite a bit over the years. We went in July this year. We always stay in skala. And have become friends with a few locals. Will be going back in the future until the time that we get to old .
Beide liggen vlakbij of naast Kefalonia.

@@Jefferson_starkid Whereabouts were you staying? We usually stay in the south but I’m going to make more of an effort to see fiskardo/assos

Het laatste stuk naar de top (ca 200m) is een klein paadje en met een buggy gaat dat niet echt lukken denk ik. :)
where's the adrestia? and marcus vinyard? :/
Had to look those up, since I'm not a gamer. :D
niet echt enthousiast , aanrader ja of nee?
