How to Paint Seashells: Painting Sea Shells for a Waterproof Mermaid Necklace- How do you paint on shells? What paint should you use? How do I paint seashells for my waterproof mermaid necklaces that I use for mermaiding? This DIY tutorial will teach you how to paint shells the right way AND create a gorgeous Ombre effect. These painted shells can be used to create magical mermaid necklaces that you can swim with. OR, you can use the painted shells for other oceanic and nautical fairy tale crafts.
