Binondo Cat Feeding during my time in immigration

Hi Sarah here, as i am a foreigner here in the philippines and am married to a filipino, i have to go to immigration often. Everytime i go, i go around the vicinity around immigration, feeding the cats and dogs there. I bring with me two tupperware of cat food and mix it with the leftovers i have . its a bit trickier feeding cats or the pusang gala here as they are used to as scavengers and would not eat most of the time the dry cat food i bring. But, when i mix it with human food, they do eat.
the location of this is quiapo, binondo area and those near bureau of immigration.
