Succulent information Care tips for succulents
1)SOIL- well draining ,porous,loose soil…non organic,a soil media that doesn’t retain moisture.
2)POT - smaller the pot better ideally 3-4 inches pot depth is good enough for a medium size succulent.
3)WATERING - only when the soil is bone dry however green coloured succulents like haworthia ,aloe mainTain slight Moisture but not soggy wet soil.
4)LIGHT - brightly coloured succulents provide direct morning sunlight for 5-6 hours post acclimation .Green coloured succulents like haworthia, strings of pearls or any string varieties indirect bright light.
5)Fertiliser - is not the top priority if you don’t use fertilisers it’s fine…but if you do go for liquid based fertiliser 1/2 the strength what’s mentioned on the bottle dilute in water ….and only feed the succulents that are in their growing period …never feed dormant succulents…never add too much fertiliser it will make the succulent weaker …during the growing period once a month or once in two month should be good ….wishing you all the luck

I’ve never seen it tight like that. Mine is HUGE. It is one of my favorites.
Btw, I made my 1st cement pot last night!!! I’m so happy with it!
ah i see yes they grow huge :)
oh my first pot so exciting ...wait for 48 hours before you unmold so excited hope it comes well :)
@@LushGardener it’s unmolded! It turned out amazing. I used a product called Cement All. It was set in an hour but I left it for 2. It will cure for the next 2 days then I will soak it for a few days.
oh yes i know ..is it expensive ..i have heard about it but never used ..yes unlike regular cement that has a must fast setting rate
Very pretty, would love to have one, looks like pollux, loved the way it is compact!!
you can :)
Very beautiful Succulent and really well maintained.👍
I feel the best brush will be a flat one with fewer softer bristles to get between those close spacees between the leaves.
Yes, you are right
planning to get one more of this amzn.to/3GjHFIO
Among the frilly succulents, neon breaker is my favorite. It is easier to understand. 😂
completely agree with you ..mine too ..others are quite tricky lol
For Help with Pests and bugs on plants. I like to use a spray bottle with water + rubbing alcohol mix and spray on the bugs. Seems to work fine if u mix 50% h20 50% alcohol.
yea that helps ..i haven't used rubbing alcohol yet ..must try once... does it take care of scales as well
@@LushGardener OMFG my Bay leaf plant has Scales bugs 🐛 and i had no idea ! Thought it was fungus lol
oh damn try the RA and lemme know if it works
@@LushGardener it has been working for a few weeks . I spray the Rubbing Alcohol mixture with water then wile the dead bugs off with a cotton swab. Never spray this in direct sunlight outdoors only indoors
That looks like iron peels put together 😍. Beauty!!!
Is it similar for all the succulents that if you water them more, they'll open up and some stress will make them shrink upwards ?
Also, do you have any video regarding to the problems that you told about types of succulents ? Like, any video that mentions that this type of succulents face these certain problems and list of the succulents in that category ? That'll be helpful.
yes for all succulents when you water them or if they have taken in too much moisture they will start to open ...no they will not have stress they won't shrink inwards ..that's only in case of dehydration
there isn't a category as such but mostly these frills succulents get affected with powdery mildew more compared to others ...but being said that powdery mildew won't be limited to just this variety once it shows up... its like wildfire it will spread on all succulents ... the spores can be easily be carried by wind and settle on others and in matter of days it will be everywhere :(
