honestly i think that th16 should give another resource collector level, and it should buff them hugely so theyre actually comparable income to raiding. since everything is getting harder and harder to upgrade, having passive income would be great, and the nature themed town hall would be the best time to do it, they could make eco friendly themed collectors to promote good stuff
