  • In this episode, Don and Terry discuss a new product they will be offering on the Real World website: trail camera batteries. Don explains the challenges he faced in finding affordable batteries and how he found a brand that is as good as the popular Energizer batteries but at a lower price. They also discuss the impact of the delayed hay harvest on fawn mortality and the benefits of planting potted trees in the fall. Don addresses the question of planting cedars and explains that while they can be invasive in some regions, they make great cover in others. They also touch on the possibility of a trail camera manufacturing partnership and the placement of mineral sites and predator activity. In this part of the conversation, Terry and Don discuss the adaptability of predators and the regret of shooting a particular buck. They also talk about the impact of Babe's story and how hunting goes beyond just hunting. They answer a question about when to put up trail cameras and discuss the challenges of land consulting. They end the conversation by sharing special memories of their fathers on Father's Day.

My experience with organized religion is polar opposite. Multiple denominations. One of my family are Catholics and the other side is a potpourri of others so I have had a taste of many. They were all snake pits. I have never experienced more drama and jealousy and bitterness anywhere else in life. The majority often festered from the top down. When I hear others discussing church and organized religion I can’t help but feel like either my eyes are lying or many others are blind…

one of the biggest problems with Christianity is "organized religion". Man has to throw in his own opinions and ideas while ignoring scripture. I would have a real issue myself going to any denominational church today; too many rules that are not supported by scripture (just my opinion). Men will always disappoint but Jesus never does.

I do not have good luck with solar panels in heavy woods. They don’t get enough sunlight I use solar panels in edge of fields then batteries in the heavy thick woods.

My go to cameras are the Browning night and dark ops. I can relate to Don on the father topic. It's been 5 years since I lost my dad, but I can look back and say he never gave up on me and supported me with my life decisions, weither it was school, hobby or life decisions.

They literally just said we do use solar panels but every camera still needs batteries no matter what you cannot run a camera without batteries
