It can be 2 human vs 1 npc , just that I chose to buddy with a auto non human CPU vs npc. It's really fun if like u said we can 2 human vs 2 human, it may even be very competitive even with 2 newbie vs 2 veteran , rather than flat out one sided game. Good suggestion bro!!

It seems like this could have been a cool game mode if it was 2v2 where you could control who the npcs were
