I love your eye look, today. It highlights my favorite part of having hooded eyes: Surprise pop of color on the lower lid! The look is beautiful when your eyes are open and we can only see the green tones. But then you blink and SURPRISE! Blue and purple! My sister used to complain about doing my makeup because her eyeshadow art vanishes when I open my eyes. But that pop of color when I blink is my favorite thing. Now, if only my eyes weren't already crepe-y already. aging is a cruel mistress.
I hear ya, me too! But you might try Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty Eye Lifting cream or Eye Syrum. I've been using the cream for years and I swear it makes the crepiness almost disappear and makes my lids more smooth! My husband gets very puffy eyes and I tried the Syrum on him. An hour later he couldn't believe the puffiness was nearly gone! Just tossing this out based on my experience with the products...

Maybe not a WHOLE lot of people look at older make up videos, but personally I do because I ALWAYS buy palettes that are on sale. And the ones on sale throughout the year came out many months prior. So I regularly watch older reviews on the product before I buy it 😊. Your older videos are part of that! Then after I buy the palette I watch you “10 looks 1 palette” or whatever tutorials you’ve done. Just sayin’ if you see that a bunch of your older videos have gotten views, probably was me 🤣🤣
Hahahaha yeah thats why I liek to get my videos up with the palette right away so I can get the views that way, and it will always be on my channel for people to watch later if they pick up an older palette!
I just got my rephr brushes today! Thank you for mentioning them now I see many that I follow love and use them. I was shocked because Tom had told me last week it would still take 10-12 weeks since I made a custom order in October. But I just got them :) I also have some Hakuhodo and Sonia G ones coming too now. My first natural hair brushes were Mac years ago and I always found them too scratchy so I never bothered with others as I assumed they’d all be like that.

Catbratt Z sorry to hear. I had burned my eyelids a few weeks ago and couldn’t wear makeup for a few weeks. I scratched them using makeup wipes from removing glittery eyeshadow and then using a tea tree oil face mask a few days later it dripped and I got dermatitis and red flakey skin it was so painful so I’m glad to have some soft brushes for when I do use eyeshadow again

Thank you Annette. I truly enjoy your videos. You've taught me that it's okay to experiment with COLOR. I've essentially been doing the same smokey eye with grey eyeliner, sheer black to tan shadow with light color shadow lids for decades. And basically the same boring pink blush and lip. So after watching many of your reviews as well as others, I splurged in November by purchasing new palettes, lips, even a highlighter palette with COLOR to try new things. Not only that but new concealer and baking powder. I even used mascara for the first time in years. I can say that I got sucked into the Shane Dawson x Jeffree Starr madness and now own Mini Controversy and Conspiracy will soon be on its way as I managed to score one of the 60,000 11/5 palette preorders. I'm disappointed that the Unnamed Emerald Green never made the Palettes and will need to fight once more to get my hands on it in early Spring. (I will never forgive Jeffree's assistant Kimmie for excluding it made even worse that she has green eyes and there's no reason she shouldn't wear that color eyeshadow). Q: Will you buy the single green shade or the updated Mini to get it yourself?

I predict the Hasina 2 palette will be at least in the bottom 3. For incorporating old palettes, can you do a few gimmicks in your multilook videos? For example, a wedding rhyme inspired mashup with something old (new palette plus some old shades), something new (newest palette plus fave of other recent releases), something borrowed ("borrow" a palette idea from the top Insta or YT votes) or whatever? Still site traffic for the new release, but with older stuff incorporated.
The Hasina two came out last year and Im pretty sure it was in my top 5 of 2018! Thats a good idea in theory, but if I use older things along with the new releases people will be upset that I didnt just use the palette so they can recreate it, and I dont have time to make multiple videos using the same new palette most of the time

Im gonna try to do holiday look for every look in December if what I'm using allows it. Dont forget you can always recreate looks I do using what you have or doing looks with colors that are similar to palettes you like :). Natasha denona metropolis palette is gonna be one of the top 5 for sure, and maybe one or two of menagerie cosmetics palettes probably the purple or the green and blue one or both. I can’t remember the names lol, the jawbreaker palette and possibly one of colourpop’s monochromatic palettes(smoke show)

I think they said it's permanent. Restocking always takes a long time. I waited like 2 months once for them to restock Buttercupcake and Bulletproof.

Natasha denona metropolis palette is gonna be one of the top 5 for sure, and maybe one or two of menagerie cosmetics palettes probably the purple or the green and blue one or both. I can’t remember the names lol, the jawbreaker palette and possibly one of colourpop’s monochromatic palettes(smoke show)
