Another economical way to make outdoor pillow covers is to use a polyester shower curtain
I recently came across another lady who did the same planter with concrete,but she used the dollar tree broom handle and accidentally put the planter hook upside down..cute idea and loved how yours turned out. Curious what would last longer,the DT broom handle or wooden steak🤔
They all came out super cute. The stain you used is such a gorgeous color. If I were to diy some that color.. what colors do you think are similar? I saw someone water down elephant chalk paint for stain and that made a beautiful color stain. Thank you for the inspiration❤
I keep a separate hot glue gun with fabric glue stick in it. It is sturdy for fabric and I haven’t had it melt. I have even washed it.
For someone just starting out what are the items you recommend getting first. I live at the beach resort so everything is nautical around here.

My husband an I live on the the water. We have a brick deck a very large pool so a lot of things we decorate with is beach like scenes. I love crafts but just learning still. I am not very creative or looking at something and getting ideas. I guess with more experience I will get there. What ideas do you have for beach like ideas. It would be outside at brick pool area.
