Superb! So terrific to hear this again. Takes me back to my youth and the Sunday evening 'Pick of the Pops' shows that Alan Freeman presented so well, and to which we looked forward every week. The music and melodies are still great, nearly 60 years down the line. Thanks for sharing this.
I´m watching / listening to this 15 september 2022. I was 13 y/o when this was broadcast ....so 58 years ago.....lets invent a time machine and go back and relive that time and music.
Now this takes me back a bit to that wonderful Radio 1 era, when Alan Freeman's Pick of the pops ruled the airwaves on late Sunday afternoons. I listened to this every Sunday without fail, and so did my relatives whenever they popped over on a Sunday as well. Thanks for this wonderful nostalgic video, I'm so glad I was there to experience that fabulous time!
Absolutely wonderful! I really do miss those days; when you could switch the wireless on an hear some cheerful, upbeat music with a tune and words you could actually make out/made sense!
Could just weep now for the long, lost sixties.

THANKS for posting this! I re-posted this on another forum where there are UK "Fluff" fans!
I was a few weeks from my 5th birthday when this went to air!
Fluff freeman did not just play the acts on the radio but also introducing them on top of the pops episodes guide too for every year of the sixties.
Well done that man i salute you
He hadn't got to counting down the chart with that famous theme tune yet
Loved listening to Fluff on a Sunday.
The king
Fluffy Freeman was great.
15th March 1964 edition.
Great but how did you put this on without getting a copyright strike?
This is amazing, do you have more like this?
