How do you remove old bindings from cross country skis? The secret is, find the screws. Saul shows you where the screws are hidden on various bindings.
This video was perfect! I was worried that I had to destroy my sns profil bindings to take them off. I was going to attempt prying off the button from the front until I found your video. Thanks!!!
Super tips Saul, thanks ! Can you tell me if old rubber flexers are still available? Mine are from Salomon SNS Skate & Classic bindings. The flexers are purple, and older than 20 years of age! I devised a plastic pin to hold them in place, but they could still fall. Thanks!
They are no longer being manufactured. Check with your local ski shop. We used to keep spare parts from binding replacements in a bin just for situations like yours.

So please tell me, do new XC skies come with all the screw holes cored in place from the ski maker?
Most require drilling. Some have tracks that mate with specific bindings.
Question...can I put newer NNN bindings on an older ski which previously had 3 pin bindings?
Yes. You will probably need to plug old holes and drill new ones to match new bindings and position at balance point.
