Russ Taff is one of my all time favorite Christian artists, still have his CD. Thank you for this interview!!! I really believe that Christian radio stations need to incorporate these inspirational songs that the Holy Spirit used to bless so many!
Going through a terrible divorce and having three young daughters in the 90s I would barely make it through each day, totally lost. One of the things that kept me getting up the next day after literally burying my face in the carpet and drenching it with tears was this new album called The Way Home. I would play it everyday, multiple times a day. I Cry became my broken theme song. God used that more than you could ever know. To this day, when I hear that album, I go back to how I was able to make it through that terrible time. Thank you!
What Russ said about Jesus getting bigger and bigger to him reminded me sharply of a quote from Prince Caspian by C. S. Lewis: “Aslan" said Lucy "you're bigger". When your podcast came across my path, and I saw you talk about 4Him, it took me a while to figure out who you "were." My Christian artist "crush" from a lifetime ago.
