Bio-Sawdust For Biomass And Pellet Plants - Bandit Beast Recyclers

- New technology developed by Bandit Industries for its Beast horizontal grinders may change the way that we process material for biomass power plants and pellet plants. In 2007, Bandit Industries developed a chipping option for its Beast Recyclers enabling Beast owners to quickly convert the machine from a grinder to a whole tree chipper. Bandit has refined the chipping option, allowing the Beast to effectively produce a 1/4"-minus sawdust-like chip, a conventional chip size of 3/4"-minus, or any size in between. When producing a sawdust-type product, the chipping operation generally yields better than 95% acceptable material (¼" minus) in one pass. Because the Beast chipping system uses a cutting action, as opposed the beating action used in hogs and hammermills, far less energy is consumed in producing the fine material. The wood fibers are cut, not fractured. Pellet operations report that this type of material packs much more efficiently into the pellet dies, yielding greater production.

The State widened the highway for a new entrance ramp, as they cut the hundredssss of mature Pines trees down, a tiger cat brought them close the biggest chipper i've ever seen...A good sized excavator loaded the chipper as a D8 made a 1/4 mile berm of all the chips..Smelled great for quite a while..
As a pellet plant supplier solutions such as the bio-sawdust machines are essential to provide the plant with suitable material that can pass through our hammer mills for final size reduction, or potentially remove the need for the hammer mill altogether.
thumbs up for appropriate use of heavy metal
I bought the Pezzolato! Verdi beats crappy metal. Good luck!
Bad ass!
That's one mean machine!
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. .! Thanks for sharing.... Just hope I'm not too old to start a second career in pellet-making... Gordon in Maui.... (I know, I know, I'll have to move to a "wood-stove" friendly area away from here...)
Excellent
Trop top 👍 Chapman diau
Hoover dam ,that was awesome;however,I was looking for something a "wee bit smaller'"for my back yard.I think the city "wood"not quite appreciate such an endeavor within the city limits.
we have a modle 150 chipper ( back when it was brush bandit)its the best chipper in the would.we have had it foe years.if we had to get a new chipper i konw it would be a bandit

Sweet macheine
Good machine is it available in india what is the price and how you will provide maintenance service
Anyone use this or similar machine to make shavings/sawdust for animal bedding? Thinking for poultry sheds
thats kinda crazy!!
Sir what is cost machine
Do you have any videos of the smaller 3090 in action?
Triturador peterson
DO NOT PUT TRUCK TIRES THROUGH!!!! lol cause my buddy already done tht and the cord got wrapped up in the cutter head.
How much it was
BEAUTIFUL LOG FOR SAWDUST.???
SAWDUST ONLY UNUSABLE 2ND HAND
TINY SMALL & DEFORMED WOOD. 😗
Its insane to use forests to make pellets. Lumber is much more beautiful & long lasting.
The best use for these macines is to use them near metro ares to peletize storm damaaged trees.
The trees that are being used in this application are farm grown, and harvested expressly for this purpose. They are not good for lumber as the structure of the tree is too weak to be used for building material. It is the same for pulp wood for paper making. Farmed and harvested for a single purpose.

These places need shutting down, trees are disappearing at a fast rate an company like these are putting more an more pressure on the system, disgusting that trees are cut down for such a silly idea,no wonder there's so much illegal tree felling which just makes certain folk rich
Most biomass and pulp wood are farmed now. Silviculture.
Where can I find footage of the 3090 video?
