Agree with regard to the CC studs (and the other items obvs). I had mine repaired twice since I got them. First time was 6 months after I had purchased them so the repair was complementary, second time cost me 45€. Plus, they don’t even bother sending them back to Chanel in France to have their own people work on them. Rather they work with a local jeweler.
