All I can say is I personally have experienced nurses and hospital staff genuinely over doing things when my son was born. He was born via c section, I had a very risky pregnancy bc of an auto immune disease and was monitored closely and medicated as always by my doctor the entire pregnancy. My son was born healthy, fine for 3 days and suddenly I had an disagreement with a nurse who tried to shame me for bot breastfeeding and literally an hour later she was claiming he needed to be in the NICU bc of withdrawal from my prescribed meds during my pregnancy. Which was an absolute, whole hearted lie. My child cried when he was hungry like any other baby, cried when cold, normal stuff. Never wasnt able to be soothed, never had one single symptom of any type of discomfort, distress withdrawal, nothing. So then my child was placed in the NICU for literally 6 weeks straight. My husband and I didnt miss one day, not even one hour.. we took 12 hour shifts there every single day and night. Everytime he cried, the nurse would put his "score" down more.. he supposedly wasnt allowed to leave until his score was a certain number. We had to literally spoil our newborn, not put him down for a second in fear if he cried or made any sounds the nurses would make his score go down. It wasnt until we finally said no, he doesnt need to be here, we ARE LEAVING with out child is when a doctor finally released him. The doctor had only seen him 2 times in the 6 weeks and went solely off of the nurses notes. My child never needed any medication, never needed anything, no monitoring, no breathing things, no special formula... *NOTHING* . He never needed to be there and literally all of it was based around a bitch. And years later we read she was fired for stealing a vile of dilaudid from the hospital, go figure. Point is, mom could be right. The doctor says whatever they want and no one will listen to mom. Also.. my own hose sprayer on the sink sticks all the time.. you let go of the sprayer but it keeps spraying until it's ready to stop.
@SteveWilkos Take notes 📝 because you made that poor mom and her mom stand and they were completely innocent .. but you be letting parents sit with children saying their other parent and step parent touched them only to find that the parent(s) didn’t even care.. What the hell happened to the “Get the hell off my stage”[Steve]..??

She can actually use this lie detector results in court. She can have a plumber come out & do an inspection of the temp of the water heater and then the temp of the water coming out of the faucet. She can use him as a witness to the fact she didn't lie about the water temp & that it was an accident.
Oh my heart when she hugged her mommy, I believed her the whole time as well. Such a shame no investigation was even done if they felt they had a valid argument. I pray that she can clear this up and get her baby back 🥰
If she had submerged that baby In scolding water, more than just those spots would have been burnt. My lord. The system does let so many people down. Instead of going for people who are actually harming their children, I notice many who are not or make mistakes go down and lose their children instead. It's a sad world we live in.

Steve and Rachelle, you two are one in a million, speaking through public television (I'm surprised you haven't been shut down by the media) Please don't be discouraged by naysayers. I support you both in your cause to expose the evil in the world. Even if it's just a seed.💖
The way she said "I told you mommy"...
I ALMOST broke right then..
So sincere. I pray this case is thrown out.
I knew she was telling the truth from the moment she started talking..feel so bad for them and sending them my prayers!😔❤️🙏
It was the “ if you lock my child up your locking me up to “ for me 💯💯💯💜
I hope they do an update on her story. 💜
Another person saved with the truth by Steve & his amazing team
This pandemic got me to binge-watch this everyday 😅
"told you mommy" broke me
Awh when they hugged 💔 you can tell this has been a huge burden on them.
I'm so glad that she told the truth! It would also be nice to know that the child is safe, too.
This is why..this show is important!
I'm so happy she got to clear her name n I pray she gets this case close .thank u Steve for helping her
soon as she cried and said “ i told you mommy” i started water falls 🥺
I’m actually crying. I knew right away she wasn’t lying. Poor mama
I hope she gets the justice that she deserves! She needs a excellent lawyer and she needs to sue the hospital! God Bless the their family and the show!!
This is absolutely awful! The poor woman
That's doctors and CPS for ya. Falsely accusing the innocent. What I find bizarre, is that they don't suffer the consequences. I don't know how many innocent lives they have destroyed... smh. Too many to count.
I’m glad that Steve Wilkos have cleared someone from child abuse. You go Steve!!!
Murderers don't even get 60 yrs! I'm so glad it worked out
That's not turn especially if guilty of 1st degree murder but I understand what you're saying
My 3 yr old son broke 3 teeth and broke his jaw running away from lighting his first fire work he fell on a sand stone rock and it sliced his chin open. The hospital here was amazing. I was so upset and they were so good to us
I originally clicked on this video to see if some how her hair style made sense, but you can tell she's truthful and loves her kids
Oml 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
60 yrs for a terrible accident how disgusting
Buy a baby bath and fill it up. They are cheap and no chance of your baby getting burnt cos water is already in.
Some babies can sit in bathtubs at 6 months because they sit up . I put my daughters in bathtub at 6 months
She said the doctors advised her not to do it because the baby was born with fluid in his ears.
That’s a great idea but generally sinks are very safe places to bathe a child and people have been doing it for years. I bathed my son in a sink for the first six months of his life. It was easy and contained. She had no reason to believe that something terrible would happen- so stop making it seem like she was irresponsible for doing what millions of other mothers do.
@@bajangenetics400 You never put a babies head in the water, only their body. You wash their head and hair with a cloth. The ears don’t get water in them.
@@lynzeedesantis5561 In mexican culture, there are no baby tubs, so we all bathe our children in the sink. I did my 2. and also my niece
when he said “told the truth” i was waiting for the applause then i remembered.
I hope this baby gets better :/
At the time of the filming, it had been over a year. I’m sure he’s fine now.
Praying for Justice for cases like that.
It was a sad accident and sad a mother was torn from her child but it is always touching when the parent is teling the truth and Steve clears their name
This has happened to me multiple times washing dishes, a toilet flushing, dishwasher or washing machine kicking into a cycle and suddenly the water goes from comfortable to blazing hot. A bathtub faucet has a regulator but even then it still does it.
I’m not that old enough to physically understand but I do understand the pain of her being accused 🥺😭
I hope they see this and drop any case they think they have against her. She looked so sincere i believed her right of the bat. I am a mom of a 1 year old and things happen quickly like steve said and sometimes out of our control but we do our best to protect our kids. My best wishes to this mom ❤️
That's heartbreaking too. ❤❤❤
Such sweet ladies! I really hope this helped her
Had a feeling she was feeling the truth 🔥🔥
My heart breaks for this sweet mom and her baby. I know its been 4 years since it was posted here. But i pray all charges was dropped and her and her baby are doing great. Big hugs to them
who else loves Steve ? 🥰
I'm happy she has her precious baby back and that she passed. I'm praying everything works out and CPS backs off. My heart breaks for her. I can't imagine the pain she's endured and to see her child burned isso terribly is so sad as well.
I hope this can help get this case dropped because she doesn’t need this. Steve needs to be sanctified
She can actually use this lie detector results in court. She can have a plumber come out & do an inspection of the temp of the water heater and then the temp of the water coming out of the faucet. She can use him as a witness to the fact she didn't lie about the water temp & that it was an accident.
Wow, poor baby
That baby's Burns hurt me to the soul
Oh my heart when she hugged her mommy, I believed her the whole time as well. Such a shame no investigation was even done if they felt they had a valid argument. I pray that she can clear this up and get her baby back 🥰
If she had submerged that baby In scolding water, more than just those spots would have been burnt. My lord. The system does let so many people down. Instead of going for people who are actually harming their children, I notice many who are not or make mistakes go down and lose their children instead. It's a sad world we live in.
@Sarah Morton That’s why the system is supposed to do checks but they don’t.. it’s disgraceful how Steve made these women stand and just because a doctor said so.. just because someone’s a doctor doesn’t mean they can’t be evil..
I can't imagine the pain that child went thru
Who enjoys the no audience Steve? It's nice hearing everything.
I hope Steve never gives up helping people , he's like an angel sent from upstairs. And I know how she was feeling because my son grabbed the cord from our kettle when he was almost Two and he had ,3erd degree burns but we never had cps or anyone question us and this makes me think about the people at this hospital and if I was her I would look into that . I'm happy that she cleared her name 😇🙏
Who ever owned that house with the clearly damaged hot water system is responsible, get damages!
I've seen a burn accident happen with a child. Children are so quick. Horrible accidents happen. My heart goes out for them. I hope they get a good law.
